Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 올레핀계 중합체를 형성하기 위한 공정으로서, 상기 공정은 적어도 하기 단계를 포함하는, 공정:
a) 용액 중합으로 적어도 하나의 반응기에서 올레핀을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 중합시켜 중합체 용액을 형성하는 단계;
b) 상기 중합체 용액의 적어도 일부분을 적어도 하나의 탈휘발기를 통해 공급하여 용융된 형태의 올레핀계 중합체를 형성하는 단계;
c) 용융된 형태의 상기 올레핀계 중합체의 적어도 일부분을 열교환기를 통해 공급하고 그 다음 파스틸화(pastillation) 장치로 공급하여 중합체 입자를 형성하는 단계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정은 연속 공정인, 공정.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 c의 경우, 파스틸화 장치는 액적 형성기를 포함하고, 그리고 여기서 용융된 형태의 올레핀계 중합체는 액적 형성기와 접촉되어 이를 통해 배출되고, 벨트 상에서 냉각되는, 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 중합체는 500 내지 10000 cP의 용융 점도 (177℃)를 갖는, 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기는 파스틸화 장치로부터 상류에 위치한, 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 중합체는 4000 g/mol 내지 25,000 g/mol의 수 평균 분자량 및 MWD < 3.5를 갖는, 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 중합체는 1.80 내지 3.50의 분자량 분포 (MWD)를 갖는, 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 중합체는 프로필렌계 중합체인, 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 중합체는 에틸렌계 중합체인, 공정.
