Claims (4)
- 베드와;
베드 상에서 볼스크류에 의하여 수평방향으로 직선 운동 가능하게 설치되고, 베어링 외륜에 수평 방향의 수평구멍을 성형하기 위한 툴을 장착하는 수평스핀들을 구비하는 수평유닛;
상기 베드 상에서 볼스크류에 의하여 수평방향으로 직선 운동 가능하게 설치되는 수직칼럼과, 수직칼럼에 대하여 볼스크류에 의하여 상하 운동가능하고, 베어링 외륜에 수직 방향의 수직구멍을 성형하기 위한 툴을 설치하고 있는 수직스핀들을 지지하고 있는 수직헤드를 구비하는 수직유닛; 그리고
상기 베드 상에 설치되고, 외륜을 정확하게 중심이 맞는 상태로 세팅할 수 있는 센터링수단으로 구성되는 베어링의 외륜 가공장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 센터링 수단은, 테이블 상에 올려지는 외륜의 내측면에 접촉하는 한 쌍으로 구성되는 다수 조의 기준핀과, 상기 기준핀의 중심에서 외륜의 지름에 해당하는 부분을 따라 설치되고 다수의 장착공이 성형된 작동아암, 상기 작동아암을 지름 방향으로 직선 이동시킬 수 있는 유압실린더, 그리고 상기 작동아암 상에 설치되어 외륜의 내측면에 접촉하는 센터링 베어링으로 구성되는 베어링의 외륜 가공장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
외륜의 수직구멍에 삽입되는 테이퍼핀을 가압하기 위하여, 수직헤드에 설치되는 에어실린더를 더 포함하여 구성되는 베어링의 외륜 가공장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
수평유닛은, 수평스핀들의 선단에 장착되어 수평구멍을 가공하기 위한 다수의 툴이 내장된 수평툴 매거진과, 수평툴 매거진 중에서 특정 툴을 취출하여 수평스핀들 선단에 장착하는 수평 ATC를 더 포함하고;
수직유닛은, 수직스핀들의 선단에 장착되어 수직구멍을 가공하기 위한 다수의 툴이 내장되고 수직헤드 내에 설치되는 수직툴 매거진과, 수직툴 매거진 중에서 특정 툴을 취출하여 수평스핀들 선단에 장착하는 수직 ATC를 더 포함하여 구성되는 베어링의 외륜 가공장치.
