Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 튜브형 스템을 포함하는 타이어 밸브로서, 상기 스템은 열가소성 물질(P1)을 포함하고 충전제(F1)를 포함하는 조성물(Z1)로 이루어지고, 상기 충전제(F1)는 섬유상인 것인 타이어 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질(P1)이 열가소성 폴리우레탄인 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성물(Z1)이 전체 조성물(Z1)을 기준으로 5 내지 55 중량% 범위의 양의 충전제(F1)를 포함하는 것인 밸브.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 쇼어 경도가 85A 내지 85D 범위인 것인 밸브.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DIN EN ISO 527에 따른 인장 시험으로 측정된 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 탄성 계수가 500 내지 8,000 MPa 범위인 것인 밸브.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 방향족 이소시아네이트에 기반한 것인 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질로 만들어진 밸브 베이스를 포함하는 밸브.
- 타이어 밸브 제조용 밸브 스템으로서, 상기 밸브 스템은 튜브형이며, 열가소성 물질(P1)을 포함하고 충전제(F1)를 포함하는 조성물(Z1)로 이루어지고, 상기 충전제(F1)는 섬유상인 것인 밸브 스템.
- 공기 주입식 튜브 섹션을 포함하는 몰딩의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 밸브의 용도.
- 제9항에 있어서, 몰딩이 타이어용 이너 튜브인 것인 용도.
- 튜브리스 자전거 타이어의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 밸브의 용도.
- 공기 주입식 튜브 섹션 및 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 밸브를 포함하는 몰딩으로서, 튜브 섹션과 밸브가 밸브 베이스에 의해 서로 연결되는 것인 몰딩.
- 제12항에 있어서, 타이어용 이너 튜브인 몰딩.
