Claims (10)
- 자동차의 파워트레인을 위한 하이브리드 모듈(1)로서, 상기 하이브리드 모듈은, 하우징(2)과; 분리 클러치(3)와; 분리 클러치(3)와 상호 작용하고 하우징(2) 상에 수용된 유압식 작동 유닛(4)과; 전기 엔진(5)을; 포함하며, 전기 엔진(5)의 로터(6)는 분리 클러치(3)의 클러치 부품(7)과 회전 결합되어 있거나 결합될 수 있으며, 작동 유닛(4)은 하우징(2)에 상대적으로 변위 가능하게 수용된 피스톤 부재(8)를 포함하며, 상기 피스톤 부재는, 작동 베어링(9)에 의해, 분리 클러치(3)의 축 방향에서, 분리 클러치(3)를 체결하고 체결 해제하기 위해 이용되는 압력 부재(10)와 변위되지 않게 고정되지만, 그러나 그에 상대적으로 회전 가능하게 연결되는, 상기 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈에 있어서,
상기 작동 베어링(9)은 축 방향 니들 베어링(9)으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들 베어링(9)은, 상기 니들 베어링(9)의 복수의 니들 몸체들(11)을 상호 간에 상대적으로 이격시켜 파지하는 케이지(12)를 포함하며, 상기 케이지(12)는 상기 피스톤 부재(8)에 상대적으로 센터링되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 부재(8)를 수용하는, 상기 작동 유닛(4)의 실린더 영역(13)은 직접적으로 상기 하우징(2)을 통해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈(1).
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 영역(13) 및 상기 피스톤 부재(8)에 의해 둘러싸이는 유압 압력 챔버(14)는 상기 하우징(2) 내에 구성되는 하나 이상의 보어(15)에 의해 유압 구간과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈(1).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 부재(8)는, 상기 압력 부재(10) 상에서 지지되는 리턴 스프링(16)에 의해 자신의 인입된 위치 내로 예압되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로터(6)와 회전 결합된 상기 분리 클러치(3)의 클러치 부품(7)은, 지지 베어링(19)에 의해 상기 하우징(2)의 측에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 로터 캐리어(18)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈(1).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 클러치(3)의 클러치 부품(7)과 나사 결합된 제1 나사 부재(20)는 상기 분리 클러치(3)의 복수의 마찰 부재들(24)을 위한 카운터 홀더로서 이용될 뿐만 아니라 상기 지지 베어링(19)의 제1 베어링 륜(22)을 축 방향으로 지지하고, 그리고/또는 상기 하우징(2)과 나사 결합된 제2 나사 부재(21)는 상기 지지 베어링(19)의 제2 베어링 륜(23)의 축 방향 고정을 위해 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈(1).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 클러치(3) 외에도, 2개의 부분 클러치들(25a, 25b)이 제공되며, 상기 클러치들(3, 25a, 25b) 각자는 오일 냉각 방식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈(1).
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 부분 클러치(25a) 및/또는 제2 부분 클러치(25b)는 로터리 피드스루(26)를 통해 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 파워트레인용 하이브리드 모듈(1).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 따르는 하이브리드 모듈(1)을 포함하는 자동차용 파워트레인.
