Claims (8)
- 하기 특성을 갖는 부텐-1 중합체:
a) 2.16 kg의 하중으로 190℃에서 ISO 1133에 따라 측정한 MFR 값이, 20 내지 100 g/10분 미만, 바람직하게는 25 내지 95 g/10분, 보다 바람직하게는 30 내지 80 g/10분임;
b) 135℃에서 테트라히드로나프탈렌(THN) 중에서 측정한 고유 점도(IV)가 0.95 dl/g 이하, 또는 0.90 dl/g 이하, 특히 0.75 dl/g 내지 0.95 dl/g 또는 0.75 dl/g 내지 0.90 dl/g임;
c) Mw가 중량 평균 몰 질량이고, Mn이 수평균 분자량인 Mw/Mn 값이, 둘 모두 GPC(겔 침투 크로마토그래피)에 의해 측정할 때, 3.5 이하, 특히 3 이하, 또는 2.5 이하이고, 하한은 모든 경우에 1.5임;
d) Mz 값이 180,000 g/mol 이상, 또는 190,000 g/mol 이상, 특히 180,000 내지 350,000 g/mol 또는 190,000 내지 300,000 g/mol임;
e) 공단량체가 존재하는 경우, 공단량체 함량이 최대 10 몰%, 또는 최대 8 몰%, 특히 1 몰% 내지 10 몰%, 또는 1 몰% 내지 8 몰%임. - 제1항에 있어서, 10℃/분에 상응하는 주사 속도로 측정한 DH TmII 값이 25 J/g 이하인, 부텐-1 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, Mw가 90,000 g/mol 이상, 특히 90,000 내지 200,000 g/mol인, 부텐-1 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 전이 온도가 -18℃ 이하인, 부텐-1 중합체.
- 이하를 접촉시킴으로써 얻을 수 있는 메탈로센 촉매의 존재 하에 단량체(들)를 중합시키는 것을 포함하는, 제1항의 부텐-1 중합체를 제조하는 프로세스:
- 입체 강성 메탈로센 화합물;
- 알루목산, 또는 알킬메탈로센 양이온을 형성할 수 있는 화합물; 및 선택적으로,
