Claims (10)
- 중공부를 구비한 용기; 및
상기 용기의 중공부에 주입되는 졸/젤타입 자기소화기능을 구비한 소방 방재액을 포함하고,
상기 소방 방재액은,
소방 성분이 내장된 폴리머 마이크로 캡슐로 구성되는 소방방재 비드; 및
상기 소방 방재액이 도포 대상체에 도포되는 경우, 도포 대상체에 대하여 고르게 도포되도록 하면서 공기층을 형성하여 유연성을 주도록 하는 세라믹 파우더 및 공중합체를 포함하는 바인더를 포함하는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소방 방재액은 졸타입으로서,
혼합 오일 및 점증재를 더 포함하는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소방 방재액은 젤타입으로서,
혼합 오일 및 파라핀 혼합재를 더 포함하는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 점증재는, 하이드로시포로필메실-셀루로스/메실 셀루로스 그리고 솔리디움 알지네이트, 지오라이트 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소방 방재 비드는 40~60 중량% 포함되고, 상기 바인더는 30~50 중량% 포함되는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서
상기 세라믹 파우더는 3~7 중량%, 상기 공중합체는 23~47 중량% 포함되는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 점증재는 0.5~3중량%, 상기 혼합 오일은 0.5~3중량% 포함되는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 점증재는, 하이드로시포로필메실-셀루로스/메실 셀루로스 그리고 솔리디움 알지네이트, 지오라이트 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소방 성분은,
퍼플루오로프로판, 퍼플루오로부탄, 클로로테트라플루오르에탄, 펜타플루오로에탄, 헵타플루오로프로판, 트리플루오로메탄, 헥사플루오로프로판, 트리플루오로이오다이드, 하이드로클로로플루오로카본 혼화제 및 불연성불활성기체 혼합가스로 이루어지는 군 중 선택되는 물질을 하나 이상 포함하는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치.
- 개구부를 구비한 용기를 준비하는 단계;
소방 방재 비드, 세라믹 파우더와 공중합체를 포함하는 바인더를 준비하는 단계:
상기 소방 방재 비드, 상기 바인더를 자동교반기에 공급하여 교반함으로써 졸/젤타입의 소방 방재 원료를 생산하는 단계;
상기 졸/젤타입의 소방 방재 원료를 상기 개구부를 통해 상기 용기에 주입하는 단계; 및
상기 개구부를 뚜껑으로 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는, 필요 적용 공간에 도포 및 주입 가능한 소방 방재 장치의 제조 방법.
