도 2는 본 발명의 최적의 실시례 1의 압출 블로우 몰드를 보여주는 구조도이고;

도 4는 본 발명의 최적의 실시례의 스피커 캐비넷을 보여주는 구조도이다.
Claims (8)
- 일종의 스피커 캐비넷으로서,
상기 스피커 캐비넷은 내부에 수용 공간을 포함하고, 다수의 보강 리브 커넥터가 최대 면적을 가진 상기 수용 공간의 내측의 2 개의 면들 사이에서 상기 공간을 통과하고, 상기 2 개의 면이 서로를 향해 또는 서로로부터 멀어지도록 이동하기 시작하는 경우, 상기 보강 리브 커넥터는 상기 이동의 반대 방향으로 저항을 제공하며, 상기 캐비넷 및 보강 리브 커넥터는 압출 블로우 성형을 통해 일체로 제조되는, 스피커 캐비넷. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 리브 커넥터는 중공 샤프트이고, 상기 2 개의 면은 각각 상기 중공 샤프트에 연통하는 개구를 가지며, 각각의 개구는 상기 각각의 중공 샤프트에 대응하는 위치에 설정되어 있는, 스피커 캐비넷. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 리브 커넥터는 중공의 평평한 샤프트이고, 상기 2 개의 면은 각각 상기 중공의 평평한 샤프트에 연통하는 개구를 가지며, 각각의 개구는 상기 각각의 중공의 평평한 샤프트에 대응하는 위치에 설정되어 있는, 스피커 캐비넷. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 리브 커넥터는 서로 평행한, 스피커 캐비넷. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 캐비넷은 직사각형이고; 상기 보강 리브 커넥터는 상기 캐비넷의 상면과 하면 사이를 통과하는, 스피커 캐비넷. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항의 스피커 캐비넷을 제조하기 위한 압출 블로우 몰드로서,
상기 압출 블로우 몰드는 대칭적으로 제공된 2 개의 몰드로 구성되고, 상기 2 개의 몰드의 일면은 개방면이고, 다수의 샤프트가 각각의 몰드 내의 상기 개방면으로부터 가장 먼 면으로부터 상기 개방면에 가장 가까운 방향을 향해 연장되고, 상기 샤프트는 상기 개방면 상에 존재하는 평평한 표면보다 낮고, 상기 2 개의 몰드가 조립되면 상기 2 개의 몰드의 샤프트 단부들 사이에 일정한 거리가 존재하는, 압출 블로우 몰드. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 몰드는 직사각형인, 압출 블로우 몰드. - 스피커 캐비넷을 제조하기 위해 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 압출 블로우 몰드를 사용하는 방법으로서,
압출 블로우 성형을 위해 필요한 패리슨이 상기 2 개의 몰드들 사이에 길이방향을 따라 배치되고, 상기 몰드가 폐쇄되면, 상기 패리슨의 2 개의 단부가 절단되어 상기 2 개의 몰드들 사이에 유지되고, 폐쇄된 상기 2 개의 몰드의 블로우 포트(blow port) 내로 블로잉이 개시되어 상기 몰드 내에서 상기 패리슨을 팽창시키고, 상기 팽창 프로세스 중에 상기 패리슨이 상기 몰드의 내벽 및 상기 샤프트의 외벽을 피복하여 상기 스피커 캐비넷을 형성하는, 압출 블로우 몰드의 사용 방법.
