수학식 2에서, A는 조촉매/촉매 몰 비율이고, 선밀도(tex)는 섬유 길이 1km 당 섬유의 무게(g)를 나타낸다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매가 철, 니켈, 코발트, 백금, 루테늄, 몰리브덴, 바나듐 및 이의 산화물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 조촉매가 황(S) 원자를 포함하는 화합물인 것인, 탄소나노튜브 섬유 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조촉매가 메탄티올(methanethiol), 메틸에틸술피드(methyl ethyl sulfide), 디메틸티오케톤(dimethyl thioketone), 티오페놀(thiophenol), 디페닐술피드(diphenyl sulfide), 벤조티오펜(benzothiophene) 및 티오펜(thiophene)으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매가 메탈로센 형태인 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
반응기에 탄소원, 촉매 및 조촉매를 주입하는 단계;
반응기의 온도를 승온시키는 단계;
조촉매/촉매의 몰 비율을 조절하는 단계; 및
탄소원을 포함하는 방사원료로부터 형성된 탄소나노튜브 섬유를 권취수단으로 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 탄소나노튜브 섬유 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응기에 수소 가스, 암모니아 가스 또는 이들의 혼합 가스를 함유하는 환원가스를 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 탄소나노튜브 섬유 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응기에 불활성 가스를 포함하는 캐리어 가스를 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 탄소나노튜브 섬유 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소원이 액상 또는 기상의 탄소원인 것인, 탄소나노튜브 섬유 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
