Claims (20)
- 살균 대상 입자가 제공되는 살균 영역을 갖는 살균 모듈에 있어서,
상기 살균 영역에 광을 출사하는 광원부;
상기 광원부의 적어도 일부에 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급부;
상기 광원부로부터의 상기 광을 감지하며 외부로부터의 전원 없이 구동되는 포토다이오드부; 및
상기 광원부, 상기 전원 공급부, 및 상기 포토다이오드부에 각각 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 광원부, 상기 전원 공급부, 및 상기 포토다이오드부 중 적어도 하나를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 포토다이오드부는 상기 광원부로부터의 상기 광에 의해 구동되는 살균 모듈.. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 광원부는 상기 살균 영역에 광을 출사하며 제1 광을 출사하는 제1 광원과, 상기 살균 영역을 살균하는 제2 광을 출사하는 제2 광원을 포함하는 살균 모듈. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 포토다이오드부는 상기 제1 광원으로부터 출사된 상기 제1 광을 감지하는 살균 모듈. - 제3 항에 있어서,

상기 광원부는 적외선, 가시광선, 및 자외선 중 적어도 하나의 파장 대역을 출사하는 살균 모듈. - 살균 대상 입자가 제공되는 살균 영역을 제공하는 케이스; 및
상기 케이스에 연결되며 상기 살균 영역을 살균하는 제1 항 내지 제15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 살균 모듈을 포함하는 살균 장치. - 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 케이스는 유체가 이동하는 배관이며, 상기 살균 대상 입자는 상기 배관 내 상기 유체에 포함된 입자인 살균 장치. - 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 배관은 상기 유체가 이동하는 유입구와 배출구를 가지며, 상기 광원부는 상기 배관 내로 광을 조사하는 살균 장치. - 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 살균 영역은 물통의 내부 살균 영역이며, 상기 살균 대상 입자는 물 속에 포함된 입자인 살균 장치. - 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 살균 장치는 청소기, 침구 살균기, 의류 살균기, 청소기, 표면 세균 살균기, 공기 청정기, 또는 탈취기의 일부로 제공되는 살균 장치.
