Claims (4)
- 차량용 OBC(On Board Charger);
일 단자가 상기 차량용 OBC의 일 단자와 연결되고, 타 단자가 상기 차량용 OBC의 타 단자에 연결되는 고전압배터리;
상기 차량용 OBC의 일 단자와 상기 고전압배터리의 일 단자 사이에 연결되어 상기 차량용 OBC로부터 인가되는 전원을 상기 고전압배터리로 전달하는 다이오드와, 상기 고전압배터리의 타 단자와 상기 차량용 OBC의 타 단자 사이에 연결되며 상기 릴레이제어부의 제어신호에 의해 동작하는 반도체스위치부를 포함하는 전자식스위칭부; 및
상기 전자식스위칭부를 제어하는 릴레이제어부;를 포함하는 고전압용 전자식 OBC 릴레이 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반도체스위치부의 스위칭 소자는 IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)를 사용하는 고전압용 전자식 OBC 릴레이 제어시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반도체스위치부는,
IGBT;
상기 고전압배터리의 정격전압을 기설정된 소스전압으로 강하시키는 전압강하부; 및
상기 릴레이제어부로부터 제어신호를 전달받아 상기 전압강하부를 통해 강하된 소스전압을 입력받아 상기 IGBT를 동작시키는 게이트드라이버;를 포함하는 고전압용 전자식 OBC 릴레이 제어시스템.
- 차량용 OBC의 출력단으로부터 고전압배터리의 입력단으로의 일방향 전원을 인가시키는 (+)단 도통단계;
상기 고전압배터리의 출력단과 상기 차량용 OBC의 입력단에 연결된 반도체스위치를 제어하는 스위칭단계; 및
상기 반도체스위치에 대한 제어신호를 전송하는 BMS 제어단계;를 포함하며,
상기 스위칭단계는,
상기 고전압배터리의 정격전압을 기설정된 소스전압으로 강하시키는 전압강하단계; 및
상기 제어신호를 전달받아 상기 소스전압을 통해 상기 반도체스위치를 동작시키는 스위치제어단계;를 포함하는 고전압용 전자식 OBC 릴레이 제어방법.
