Claims (12)
- - 제 1 필터 매체(10)
- 제 2 필터 매체(20) 및
- 캐리어 프레임 벽(3)을 구비한 캐리어 프레임(2)을 포함하는
액체로부터, 특히 연료 또는 요소 용액으로부터 입자들을 분리시키기 위한 액체 필터에 있어서,
상기 캐리어 프레임 벽(3)은 제 1 단부면(4) 및 이의 반대편을 향하는 제 2 단부면(5)을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 필터 매체(10)는 상기 제 1 단부면(4) 상에 유체 밀봉 방식으로 고정되고,
상기 제 2 필터 매체(20)는 상기 제 2 단부면(5) 상에 유체 밀봉 방식으로 고정되고,
상기 캐리어 프레임(2), 상기 제 1 필터 매체(10) 및 제 2 필터 매체(20)는 내부 공간(7)을 둘러싸고,
상기 캐리어 프레임(2)은 관통 개구(12)를 포함하고,
상기 내부 공간(7) 내에 상기 제 1 필터 요소(50)가 배치되고, 상기 제 1 필터 요소는 상기 관통 개구(12)에 의해 상기 액체 필터(1)의 외부 공간(103)과 유체 흐름식으로 연결되는 액체 필터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 필터 요소(50)는 제 3 필터 매체(30)를 포함하는 액체 필터. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 필터 요소(50)는 다른 캐리어 프레임 벽(52)을 가진 다른 캐리어 프레임(55)을 포함하고,
상기 다른 캐리어 프레임 벽(52)은 제 3 단부면(54)을 포함하고,
상기 제 3 필터 매체(30)는 상기 제 3 단부면(54) 상에 유체 밀봉 방식으로 고정되는 액체 필터. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 캐리어 프레임(55)은 상기 제 3 단부면(54)의 반대편을 향하는 측면 상에 폐쇄된 유체 불투과성 바닥(56)을 포함하고,
상기 제 3 단부면(54)은 상기 액체 필터(1)의 정상 설치 위치에서 위로 향하는 액체 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 필터(1)의 상기 외부 공간(103)을 향하는 상기 관통 개구(12)의 단부는 상기 캐리어 프레임 벽(3)의 상기 제 1 단부면(4)에 의해 한정되는 액체 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 필터(1)의 상기 외부 공간(103)을 향하는 상기 관통 개구(12)의 단부는 상기 캐리어 프레임 벽(3)에 의해 한정되는 액체 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 필터 요소(50)는 상기 내부 공간(7)을 향하는 상기 제 1 필터 매체(10)의 표면으로부터 이격되고,
및/또는
상기 제 1 필터 요소(50)는 상기 내부 공간(7)을 향하는 상기 제 2 필터 매체(20)의 표면으로부터 이격되는 액체 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 필터 매체(10) 및 상기 제 2 필터 매체(20)가 평평하게 형성되는 액체 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 필터 요소(50)의 내부(51)에 지지 구조가 제공되는 제공되는 액체 필터. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 지지 구조는 상기 제 1 필터 매체(10)에 대해 실질적으로 평행하게 연장되는 적어도 하나의 지지 요소를 포함하고, 상기 지지 요소 상에 다수의 리브들이 배치되며, 상기 리브들은 상기 지지 요소로부터 상기 제 1 필터 매체(10)의 방향으로 및/또는 제 2 필터 매체(20)의 방향으로 돌출되는 액체 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 캐리어 프레임(2)은 다른 관통 개구를 포함하고, 상기 내부 공간(7)에 제 2 필터 요소가 배치되며, 상기 제 2 필터 요소는 상기 다른 관통 개구에 의해 상기 액체 필터(1)의 상기 외부 공간(103)과 유체 흐름식으로 연결되는 액체 필터. - 자동차용 탱크 필터 시스템에 있어서,
상기 탱크 필터 시스템(100)은 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 액체 필터(1)를 포함하는 자동차용 탱크 필터 시스템.
