Abstract
Description

Claims (47)
- 탄화수소 왁스;
가교제; 및
폴리에스테르 경사 사이즈제
를 포함하는 액체 패브릭 처리 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 수성 분산물인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탄화수소 왁스가 분산물의 형태인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 왁스의 양이 약 1% o.w.g. 내지 약 10% o.w.g.의 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 왁스가 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스가 산화된 것인 조성물.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스가 음이온성인 조성물.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스가 카르복실기를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스가 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 왁스인 조성물.
- 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 융점이 약 100℃ 내지 약 150℃의 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교제가 분산물의 형태인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교제의 양이 약 0.1% o.w.g. 내지 약 5% o.w.g.의 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교제가 비이온성의 블로킹된 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교제가 탄화수소 왁스 및 셀룰로스 함유 패브릭과 반응하여 우레탄을 형성하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 경사 사이즈제가 분산물의 형태인 조성물.

- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 경사 사이즈제가 설페이트 모이어티를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 경사 사이즈제가 설페이트화 이소프탈산 모노머 단위를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 경사 사이즈제가 설페이트화 테레프탈산 모노머 단위를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자외선 차단제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 자외선 차단제의 양이 약 0.1% o.w.g. 내지 약 5% o.w.g.의 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이동 방지제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서, 이동 방지제의 양이 약 0.1% o.w.g. 내지 약 10% o.w.g.의 범위인 조성물.
- 제23항 또는 제24항에 있어서, 이동 방지제가 아크릴아미드를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산 염료를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제26항에 있어서, 분산 염료의 양이 약 0.1% o.w.g. 내지 약 10% o.w.g.의 범위인 조성물.
- 수성 용매;
탄화수소 왁스;
가교제; 및
폴리에스테르 경사 사이즈제
를 배합하여 액체 패브릭 처리 조성물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 액체 패브릭 처리 조성물의 형성 방법. - 제28항에 있어서, 자외선 차단제를 액체 패브릭 처리 조성물과 배합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제28항 또는 제29항에 있어서, 이동 방지제를 액체 패브릭 처리 조성물과 배합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제28항 내지 제30항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산 염료를 액체 패브릭 처리 조성물과 배합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제28항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 패브릭 처리 조성물을 교반하여 액체 분산물을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- (i) 셀룰로스를 포함하는 패브릭을 액체 분산물과 접촉시켜 전처리된 패브릭을 수득하는 단계로서, 액체 분산물은
탄화수소 왁스;
가교제; 및
폴리에스테르 경사 사이즈제
를 포함하는 것인 단계; 및
(ii) 전처리된 패브릭을 가열하여 처리된 패브릭을 수득하는 단계로서, 처리된 패브릭은 탄화수소 왁스, 가교제 및 셀룰로스의 반응에 의해 형성된 우레탄을 포함하는 것인 단계
를 포함하는, 패브릭의 처리 방법. - 제33항에 있어서, 패브릭이 의복을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제33항 또는 제34항에 있어서, 전처리된 패브릭의 가열은 탄화수소 왁스의 용융 온도보다 높은 온도를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제33항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전처리된 패브릭의 가열은 전처리된 패브릭을 적어도 150℃의 온도에서 건조시켜 처리된 패브릭을 수득하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제33항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리된 패브릭의 수분 함량이 약 2 중량% 이하인 방법.
- 제33항 내지 제37항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리된 패브릭을 분산 염료로 염색하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제38항에 있어서, 처리된 패브릭의 염색은 처리된 패브릭을 분산 염료와 접촉시켜 염색된 패브릭을 수득하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제38항 또는 제39항에 있어서, 처리된 패브릭의 염색은 패브릭의 제트 염색을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제38항 또는 제39항에 있어서, 처리된 패브릭의 염색은 패브릭의 초임계 CO2(SCCO2) 염색을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제41항에 있어서, 초임계 CO2(SCCO2) 염색은 처리된 패브릭을 120℃ 내지 130℃의 범위로 가열하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제38항 또는 제39항에 있어서, 처리된 패브릭의 염색은 승화 인쇄를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제43항에 있어서, 승화 인쇄는 처리된 패브릭을 130℃ 내지 210℃ 범위의 온도에서 가열하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제33항 내지 제37항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 분산물이 분산 염료를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 액체 분산물이 이동 방지제를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제45항 또는 제46항에 있어서, 처리된 패브릭을 써모졸링(thermosoling)하여 염색된 패브릭을 수득하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
