Abstract
a) 물품의 부분을 기판 상에 3차원으로 프린팅하는 단계;
b) 부분 또는 기판을 유지하는 유지 수단에 대해 부분을 재배향하는 단계; 및
c) 물품의 추가 부분을 처음 언급된 부분에 3차원으로 프린팅하는 단계를 포함한다.

도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 3D 프린팅 방법의 6개의 단계들을 개략적으로 예시한다.
도 4는 도 3의 방법의 선택적인 제품인 완성된 물품의 등각도이다.
Claims (12)
- 물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법으로서,
a) 상기 물품의 부분을 기판 상에 3차원으로 프린팅하는 단계;
b) 상기 부분 또는 상기 기판을 유지하는 유지 수단에 대해 상기 부분을 재배향하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 물품의 추가 부분을 처음 언급된 부분에 3차원으로 프린팅하는 단계를 포함하는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
단계 b)는 상기 처음 언급된 부분을 상기 기판으로부터 분리하고, 상기 부분을 재배향한 다음, 상기 부분을 상기 기판과 재결합하거나 상기 부분을 상기 유지 수단 또는 다른 기판과 결합하는 단계를 수반하는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 재배향은 45° - 180°의 변화를 수반하는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 항에서 언급된 기판 및/또는 제2 항에서 언급된 다른 기판 이외에는, 상기 물품이 형성될 때 상기 물품에 대한 어떠한 지지도 제공하지 않고 실행되는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 물품은 분사 헤드로부터 분사된 프린트 재료로 구축되는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 프린트 재료는 저온 분사되는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 프린팅은 분사 헤드를 통하고,
상기 분사 헤드 및/또는 적어도 제1 항에서 언급된 기판은 상기 물품이 구축될 때 저온 분사로써 상기 프린트 재료의 목표 배치를 가능하게 하도록, 컴퓨터화된 제어기의 영향 하에 이동되며, 상기 이동은 상기 물품에 대한 기록된 기하학적 구조 파라미터들에 의해 안내되는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 기하학적 구조 파라미터들은 개념상, 형성될 물품을 구별된 부분들로 분할하며, 상기 부분들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 물품이 프린팅된 후 처음 언급된 부분 또는 기판을 유지하는 수단에 대해 재배향되도록 지정되는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
a) 단계 b)는 상기 처음 언급된 부분을 상기 기판으로부터 분리하고, 상기 부분을 재배향한 다음, 상기 부분을 상기 기판과 재결합하거나 상기 부분을 상기 유지 수단 또는 다른 기판과 결합하는 단계를 수반하고;
b) 상기 재배향은 45° - 180°의 변화를 수반하고;
c) 상기 방법은 상기 기판 또는 기판들 이외에는, 상기 물품이 형성될 때 상기 물품에 대한 어떠한 지지도 제공하지 않고 실행되며;
d) 상기 물품은 분사 헤드로부터 저온 분사된 프린트 재료로 구축되고;
e) 상기 분사 헤드 및/또는 상기 기판 또는 기판들은 상기 물품이 구축될 때 상기 프린트 재료의 목표 배치를 가능하게 하도록, 컴퓨터화된 제어기의 영향 하에 이동되며, 상기 이동은 상기 물품에 대한 기록된 기하학적 구조 파라미터들에 의해 안내되고; 그리고
f) 상기 기하학적 구조 파라미터들은 개념상, 형성될 물품을 구별된 부분들로 분할하며, 상기 부분들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 물품이 프린팅된 후 재배향되도록 지정되는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 처음 언급된 부분을 상기 기판으로부터 분리하는 것은 지그(jig)에서 상기 기판을 구부리거나 충격 적재하고 상기 부분과의 계면을 따라 상기 부분을 파열시키는 것에 의한,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법. - 제9 항에 있어서,
하나 또는 두 기판들 모두가 상기 물품에 통합되는,
물품을 3D 프린팅하는 방법.
