상기 화학식 1에서, R1은 비치환 또는 C1~C3의 알킬 치환된 N을 포함하는 C3~C7의 헤테로사이클로알킬을 나타내고, R2는 비치환 또는 1~5개의 할로겐 치환된 C1~C3의 알킬을 나타내며, R3은 -(CH2)mCO2H를 나타내고, m은 0 내지 2의 정수이며, X는 N 또는 C-CN을 나타낸다.

- 제1항에 있어서,
하기 군에서 선택되는 화합물, 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 또는 이성체:
2-((1R,5S,6R)-3-(2-((S)-2-메틸아제티딘-1-일)-6-(트리플루오로메틸)피리미딘-4-yl)-3-아자바이사이클로[3,1,1]헵탄-6-일)아세트산;
2-((1R,5S,6S)-3-(2-((S)-2-메틸아제티딘-1-일)-6-(트리플루오로메틸)피리미딘-4-일)-3-아자바이사이클로[3,1,1]헵탄-6-일)아세트산;
2-((1R,5S,6R)-3-(5-시아노-6-((S)-2-메틸아제티딘-1-일)-4-(트리플루오로메틸)피리딘-2-일)-3-아자바이사이클로[3,1,1]헵탄-6-일)아세트산;
2-((1R,5S,6S)-3-(5-시아노-6-((S)-2-메틸아제티딘-1-일)-4-(트리플루오로메틸)피리딘-2-일)-3-아자바이사이클로[3,1,1]헵탄-6-일)아세트산;
2-((1R,5S,6R)-3-(5-시아노-6-(피롤리딘-1-일)-4-(트리플루오로메틸)피리딘-2-일)-3-아자바이사이클로[3,1,1]헵탄-6-일)아세트산.
- 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케토헥소카이네이즈(ketohexokinase, KHK) 저해제로서의 화합물, 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 또는 이성체.
- 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대사성 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 사용하기 위한 화합물, 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 또는 이성체.
- 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물, 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 또는 이성체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 케토헥소카이네이즈(ketohexokinase, KHK) 저해제용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물, 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 또는 이성체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 대사성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 대사성 질환이 당뇨병, 당뇨병의 합병증, 비만, 비알콜성 지방간염, 지방성 간염인 대사성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 대사성 질환이 비알콜성 지방간염인 대사성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물.
- 유효성분으로서 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물, 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 또는 이성체를, 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체와 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 당뇨병, 당뇨병의 합병증, 비만, 비알콜성 지방간염, 지방성 간염의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물, 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 또는 그의 이성체를 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 포유동물에서 비알콜성 지방간염을 포함하는 대사성 질환을 치료하는 방법.
