Abstract
Description
도 1: 순수 및 물의 상이한 혼합물 그리고 -90℃ 내지 40℃ 사이에서 1:30 분자비의 DES 트레할로스:글리세롤에 대해 10℃·min-1에서 얻은 서모그램(thermograms).
도 2: 상이한 농도의 천연 깊은 공융 시스템과 접촉하고 있을 때 세포 생존력.
도 3: 트레할로스:글리세롤 1:30 및 DMSO 시스템의 상이한 농도와 접촉하고 있을 때 세포 생존력. %는 바탕 용액의 w/v; X:Y는 화합물의 분자비이다.

Claims (16)
- 수소 결합 주개(donor) 화합물 및 수소 결합 수용체 받개(acceptor) 화합물을 포함하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물에 관한 것으로,
폴리올로서 글리세롤; 당으로서 트레할로스; 및 선택적으로 요소 및/또는 아미노산, 또는 요소 및 아미노산을 포함하는 수용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리세롤; 트레할로스; 및 선택적으로 요소 및/또는 아미노산, 또는 요소 및 아미노산을 포함하는 수용액으로만 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 요소, 포도당, 프롤린 및 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 당:폴리올의 분자비가 1:0.5 - 1:40, 바람직하게는 1:7 - 1:30, 더 바람직하게는 1:10-1:20 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요소:폴리올의 분자비가 1:0.25 - 1:10, 바람직하게는 1:1 - 1:5, 더 바람직하게는 1:3-1:4 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요소:당의 분자비가 1:1 - 10:1, 바람직하게는 2:1 - 6:1, 더 바람직하게는 3:1-4:1 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아미노산이 프롤린, 히스티딘, 글리신, 라이신, 트립토판, 아스파르트산, 알라닌, 글루탐산, 류신, 아이소류신, 발린, 아스파라긴, 세린, 글루타민, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 바람직하게는 프롤린인 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요소:폴리올:아미노산의 분자비가 1:1:0.25 - 3:3:1 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요소:당:아미노산의 분자비가 1:1:1 - 3:2:1 사이이고, 바람직하게는 상기 요소:당:아미노산의 분자비가 1:1:1, 2:1:1, 3:1:1, 2:2:1, 3:2:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요소:당:아미노산:물의 분자비가 1:1:1:1 - 2:1:1:4, 바람직하게는 1:1:1:2, 1:1:1:3, 1:1:1:4, 2:1:1:1, 2:1:1:3인 것을 특징으로 하는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세포 생존력 또는 조직의 증강자(enhancer)로서의 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물의 용도.
- 제12항에 있어서, 세포 또는 조직이 최고 8℃에서 보존되는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물의 용도.
- 제13항에 있어서, 세포 또는 조직이 최고 -4℃에서 보존되는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물의 용도.
- 제14항에 있어서, 세포 또는 조직이 최고 -20℃에서 보존되는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물의 용도.
- 제15항에 있어서, 세포 또는 조직이 최고 -80℃, 바람직하게는 최고 -196℃에서 보존되는 동결보호제 및/또는 동결보존제 조성물의 용도.
