도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 레이저 용접기의 헤드 간격 유지 장치를 예시한 도면이며,
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 헤드 간격을 유지하는 것을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

130 : 거리측정센서

Claims (4)
- 레이저를 이용하여 스트립의 선단부를 폭방향으로 이동하면서 절단하는 레이저 커팅 헤드와,
상기 레이저 커팅 헤드에 일단부가 결합되면서 타단부가 상기 레이저 커팅 헤드의 하단부로 연장되는 지지브라켓과,
상기 지지브라켓의 일단부에 구비되어 상기 스트립과의 거리를 센싱하는 거리측정센서와,
상기 지지브라켓의 타단부에 결합되어 상기 레이저 커팅 헤드의 하단부를 촬영하는 촬영카메라와,
상기 거리측정센서를 통해 센싱된 상기 스트립과의 거리와 상기 촬영카메라를 통해 촬영된 영상을 이용하여 상기 레이저 커팅 헤드의 노즐 끝단부와 상기 스트립과의 간격을 유지시키는 간격 유지 컨트롤러
를 포함하는 레이저 용접기의 헤드 간격 유지 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 간격 유지 컨트롤러는, PLC(programmable logic controller)를 포함하는 레이저 용접기의 헤드 간격 유지 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 간격 유지 컨트롤러는, 상기 스트립과의 거리를 제 1 거리라고 하고, 상기 거리측정센서가 위치하는 기준선에서 상기 노즐 끝단부까지의 거리를 제 2 거리라고 할 경우 상기 제 1 거리 및 제 2 거리의 차이를 상기 레이저 절단 헤드와 상기 스트립 간의 이격거리로 판단하는 레이저 용접기의 헤드 간격 유지 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 간격 유지 컨트롤러는, 상기 이격거리를 기 설정된 길이만큼 유지하기 위해 상기 레이저 커팅 헤드를 상하 방향으로 조정하도록 제어하는 레이저 용접기의 헤드 간격 유지 장치.
