Claims (9)
- 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기에 있어서,
중앙부에 진동스프링(11)이 구비되고 상기 진동스프링(11) 양측단에 전자기코일(12)로 이루어지며 하단으로는 상단지그(13)가 포함되고 상기 상단지그(13) 하부에는 상단고정구(14)가 구비되는 헤드 프레임(10);과
상기 헤드 프레임(10)의 양측단면을 지지하고 상부의 내측으로 가이드샤프트결합부(21)를 구비하여 가이드샤프트(22)와 결합되는 하부 프레임(20);과
상기 가이드샤프트(22)가 양측단에 관통되는 작업대(31)와 상기 작업대(31)하부에 유압실린더(32)가 구비되며 상단으로는 하단지그(33)를 포함하고 상기 하단지그(33) 상부에는 하부고정구(34)로 이루어지는 가압장치부(30);와
상기 헤드 프레임(10)과 하부 프레임(20)과 가압장치부(30)가 내장되는 방음케이스(40);와
상기 방음케이스(40) 내부 일측면으로 소음분석기(51)가 구비되고, 내부 각 모서리부에서 소음원을 향하는 적어도 하나 이상의 스피커(52)로 이루어지며, 상기 헤드 프레임(10) 중앙부에 내부마이크로폰(53)이 포함되고, 상기 전자기코일(12) 상단으로 장비가속도센서(54)가 구비되는 소음제어부(50);로 구성되고,
상기 방음케이스(40) 내부에서 작업자가 위치하는 외측을 향하는 외향스피커(62)가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 방음케이스(40) 내부 상단 중앙부에는 온도측정기(55)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 방음케이스(40) 외측으로 외부마이크로폰(56)이 구비되되,
발생 소음의 주파수가 상기 소음분석기(51)의 입력 값으로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 소음분석기(51)는 상기 소음제어부(50)를 통해 주파수와 진폭, 소음 수치를 입력받고 동일 주파수와 진폭을 가지되 180°로 변환된 위상신호를 생성하여 상기 스피커(52)로 상쇄음파를 출력시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스피커(52)는 방음케이스(40) 내측 상단 각 모서리부에 구비되되,
가로선상의 각 모서리부 양단에는 소음원인 상하단지그부를 향하는 두개의 스피커(52)가 위치하고, 이와 대향되는 모서리부 양 단에는 상기 스피커(52)가 향하는 방향과 동일하게 위치시켜 외부마이크로폰(56) 방향으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 진동스프링(11)이 위치하는 헤드 프레임(10)부에 가속도센서(61)가 구비되고,
상기 상단고정구(14)와 하부고정구(34) 외측면에 가속도센서(61)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 외부마이크로폰(56)은 상기 방음케이스(40) 외측면의 지면에서 1.6M~2M 높이에 위치되고,
상기 외부마이크로폰(56)과 1M~2M 거리에 이격되어 동일 높이선상에 추가적으로 외부마이크로폰(56)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 외향스피커(62)는 지면에서부터 1.5M~2M 높이에 위치하여 구성되고,
상기 방음케이스(40) 외측면에 상기 높이와 동일하게 위치하여 작업자를 향하게 추가적으로 외향스피커(62)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 외향스피커(62)는 상기 방음케이스(40) 양 단에 위치하고,
상기 외향스피커(62)의 1M~2M로 상기 방음케이스(40) 세로면의 외측 직선 거리에 이격되어 추가적인 외향스피커(62)가 구성되되,
상기 네개의 외향스피커(62)는 정면 또는 작업자를 향한 방향으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 상쇄를 이용한 소음저감 진동 융착기.
