Claims (5)
- 공기압축기의 동력전달기구에 있어서,
상기 공기압축기는,
격리된 제1 위치 고정홀 및 제2 위치 고정홀을 구비하고, 제1 위치 고정홀에는 모터 주축에 결합되는 피니언이 관통하여 나오고 제2 위치 고정홀 내에는 외륜, 내륜 및 내륜과 외륜 사이에 위치하는 다수 개의 볼로 이루어진 베어링이 설치되는 베이스;
상기 베이스에 결합될 수 있고, 공기 저장부가 연통되는 실린더;
피스톤 바디가 상술한 실린더 내에서 왕복식 압축동작을 하여 압축공기를 생성하게 하는 동력전달기구;를 포함하고,
상기 동력전달기구에는 무게 블록과 기어부가 구비된 회전 토오크 휠을 포함하고 상기 기어부는 상술한 피니언과 상호 맞물릴 수 있으며, 상기 회전 토오크 휠에는 암나사를 갖는 중앙 축 구멍 및 링크가 구비되고, 회전 토오크 휠의 중앙 축 구멍이 베이스의 제2 위치 고정홀 내에 설치된 베어링 내륜과 대응되게 한 후 볼트에 의해 베이스 내에 설치된 베어링 내륜을 통해 회전 토오크 휠까지 관통하여 중앙 축 구멍에 나사결합하여 고정됨으로써 자동화 생산을 구현할 수 있으며; 동력전달기구의 조립 방법은, 피스톤 바디와 회전 토오크 휠 상의 링크를 서로 핀결합 시킨 후 피스톤 바디를 실린더에 평행하게 진입시키고, 회전 토오크 휠의 중앙 축 구멍이 베이스의 제2 위치 고정홀 내에 설치된 베어링 내륜과 대응되게 한 후, 상술한 볼트로 베이스 내에 설치된 베어링 내륜을 통해 회전 토오크 휠까지 관통하여 중앙 축 구멍에 나사결합하여 고정되고, 상기 피스톤 바디와 회전 토오크 휠 상의 링크를 서로 핀결합한 후 멈춤부재가 링크에 형성된 원형홈에 걸림 고정됨으로써 피스톤 바디가 회전 토오크 휠이 작동하는 동안에 이탈하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 동력전달기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무게 블록과 기어부는 분말야금 기술을 이용하여 일체로 성형될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 동력전달기. - 제1항에 있어서,
베이스 상면과 베이스 내에 설치된 베어링 바깥 둘레에서 두꼐가 가장 큰 상면은 동일 수평면이고, 베이스 상면과 회전 토오크 휠의 기어부의 간격 거리(B)가 0보다 크기 때문에 회전 토오크 휠이 작동하는 동안에 상기 기어부 회전 시 베이스 상면과의 마찰로 마모되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 동력전달기. - 제1항에 있어서,
회전 토오크 휠의 중앙 축 구멍은 기어부에 형성될 수 있으며, 돌출턱을 구비하되, 상기 돌출턱은 회전 토오크 휠의 하방에 구비될 수 있고 볼트에 의해 베이스 내에 설치된 베어링 내륜을 통해 돌출턱을 관통하여 회전 토오크 휠까지 이르러서 중앙 축 구멍에 나사결합으로 고정되어 상호 조립 결합되며, 상술한 돌출턱은 기어부와 일체로 성형될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 동력전달기. - 제1항에 있어서,
회전 토오크 휠의 중앙 축 구멍은, 기어부와 상호 조립되어 일체로 결합되는 무게 블록에 형성될 수 있고, 상기 무게 블록 하방에서 중앙 축 구멍 바깥 둘레에 돌출턱이 구비되고 상기 돌출턱은 무게 블록과 일체로 성형될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 동력전달기.
