Claims (15)
- 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1)으로서,
공간 내 적용 위치를 변경하기 위한 이동 디바이스(2);
상기 건축 재료의 제1 성분(3);
상기 건축 재료의 제2 성분(4);
상기 제1 성분(3)과 상기 제2 성분(4)을 혼합하기 위한 혼합기(5)를 포함하되;
상기 혼합기(5)는 제1 결합 소자(14)를 가진 구동 모듈(10) 및 제2 결합 소자(15)를 가진 혼합 챔버 모듈(11)을 포함하고, 상기 구동 모듈(10) 및 상기 혼합 챔버 모듈(11)은 상기 결합 소자(14, 15)에 의해 서로 분리 가능하도록 구현되고, 그리고 상기 구동 모듈(10) 및 상기 혼합 챔버 모듈(11)은 상기 시스템(1)이 적용 상태에 있을 때 상기 결합 소자(14, 15)에 의해 함께 작동 가능하게 연결되는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합기가 상기 이동 디바이스(2)의 헤드 상에 배열되어 상기 혼합기(5)가 각각의 경우에 적용 위치의 구역에 위치되는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구동 모듈(10)이 상기 이동 디바이스(2) 상에 배열되고, 상기 혼합 챔버 모듈(11)은 또한 상기 혼합 챔버 모듈이 상기 구동 모듈(10)로부터 분리된 상태에 있을 때 상기 이동 디바이스(2)로부터 분리되는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 결합 소자(14) 및 상기 제2 결합 소자(15) 각각은 나사산을 포함하고, 상기 구동 모듈(10) 및 상기 혼합 챔버 모듈(11)은 상기 적용 상태에서 함께 기계적으로 작동 가능하게 연결되는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 챔버 모듈(11)은 서로 분리 가능하도록 구현되는 드럼 모듈(22) 및 축 모듈(21)을 포함하는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 드럼 모듈(22)은 적어도 하나의 유입부(7, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3) 및 하나의 유출부(6)뿐만 아니라 원위 클로저(distal closure)(13)를 가진 드럼(9)을 포함하는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 드럼 모듈(22)의 상기 드럼(9)은 일체형으로 구현되고/되거나 상기 드럼 모듈(22)의 상기 드럼(9)은 관형 방식으로 구현되는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 근위 클로저(proximal closure)(12) 및/또는 상기 원위 클로저(13)는 상기 드럼(9)을 향하여 마주보는 면 상에 보호판(23)을 포함하는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 드럼(9)은 상기 드럼(9)의 제1 단부 구역에 적어도 하나의 제1 유입부(7.1) 및 하나의 제2 유입부(7.2)를 포함하고, 그리고 상기 유출부(6)는 상기 드럼(9)의 제2 단부 구역에 배열되는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축 모듈(21)은 상기 제2 결합 소자(15), 상기 근위 클로저(12) 및 교반축(16)을 포함하되, 상기 교반축(16)은 상기 제2 결합 소자(15)에 작동 가능하게 연결되는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 교반축(16)은 제1 부분 상의 핀(19)과 피팅되고/되거나 상기 교반축(16)은 상기 교반축(16)에 그리고 결과적으로, 상기 제2 결합 소자(15)에 작동 가능하게 연결되는 제2 부분에서 운반 소자(18)를 갖는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 운반 소자(18)는 나사 컨베이어로서 구현되고/되거나 상기 운반 소자(18)는 상기 교반축(16)으로부터 제거 가능하도록 구현되는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 모듈(8)은 상기 적용 상태에서 상기 원위 클로저(13)에 연결되는 지지 디바이스(17)를 포함하고, 그리고 상기 원위 클로저(13)는 상기 교반축(16)을 위한 적어도 하나의 베어링을 갖는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 성분(3)은 펌핑 가능한 콘크리트를 포함하고 그리고 상기 제2 성분(4)은 촉진형 혼화제(accelerating admixture)를 포함하는, 건축 재료를 적용하기 위한 시스템(1).
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 시스템(1)에서 사용되는 혼합기(5).
