Claims (20)
- 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질(Ziegler-Natta catalyzed polyisoprene material)을 포함하는 경화된 합성 폴리아이소프렌 입자를 포함하는 엘라스토머 층을 포함하는, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 폴리아이소프렌 입자가 사전-가황된, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질이 분지된 거대구조를 포함하는, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질이 95 중량% 이상의 시스-1,4 이성질체 함량을 포함하는, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질이 약 96 중량% 내지 97 중량%의 시스-1,4 이성질체 함량을 포함하는, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질이 1 중량% 이하의 트랜스-1,4 이성질체 함량을 포함하는, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질이 5 중량% 이하의 3,4 이성질체 함량을 포함하는, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 0.030 내지 0.065㎜ 범위의 두께를 갖는, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 층이 11,000g/㏖ 미만의 가교점 간의 분자량(molecular weight between crosslinks; Mc)을 갖는 후-가황된 구조(post-vulcanized structure)를 포함하는, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합성 폴리아이소프렌 입자가 대략 0.2 내지 2 마이크로미터 범위의 중간 입자 직경을 갖는, 폴리머 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합성 폴리아이소프렌 입자가 폴리아이소프렌 입자내 가교점 및 폴리아이소프렌 입자간 가교점을 통해 서로 결합된, 폴리머 물품.
- 사전-가황된 경화된 합성 폴리아이소프렌 입자를 포함하는 엘라스토머 층을 포함하는 콘돔(condom)으로서,
상기 합성 폴리아이소프렌 입자는
95 중량% 이상의 시스-1,4 이성질체 함량;
1 중량% 이하의 트랜스-1,4 이성질체 함량; 및
5 중량% 이하의 3,4 이성질체 함량을 포함하는, 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질을 포함하는, 콘돔. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 층이 개방 단부, 닫힌 단부, 및 상기 닫힌 단부에서 상기 개방 단부까지 연장하는 튜브형 피복을 형성하는, 콘돔.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질이 분지된 거대구조를 포함하는, 콘돔.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 층이 11,000g/㏖ 미만의 가교점 간의 분자량(Mc)을 갖는 후-가황된 구조를 포함하는, 콘돔.
- 제12항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합성 폴리아이소프렌 입자가 대략 0.2 내지 1.5 마이크로미터 범위의 중간 입자 직경을 갖는, 콘돔.
- 폴리머 물품을 제조하는 방법으로서,
형성자(former) 상에 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질의 엘라스토머 코팅을 분배하는 단계; 및
상기 엘라스토머 코팅을 경화시켜 상기 폴리머 물품의 엘라스토머 층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리머 물품을 제조하는 방법. - 제17항에 있어서, 상기 형성자 상에 엘라스토머 코팅을 분배하는 단계가 상기 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질의 에멀션 내에 상기 형성자를 딥핑(dipping)하는 것을 포함하는, 폴리머 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 지글러-나타 촉매화된 폴리아이소프렌 물질의 에멀션이 상기 형성자를 딥핑하기 전에 사전-가황된, 폴리머 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제17항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 물품이 콘돔을 포함하며, 상기 엘라스토머 층이 개방 단부, 닫힌 단부, 및 상기 닫힌 단부에서 상기 개방 단부까지 연장하는 튜브형 피복을 형성하는, 폴리머 물품을 제조하는 방법.
