Claims (15)
- 직접 접촉하여 검체를 염색시키는 접촉식 염색 패치로,
상기 검체와 접촉 시 상기 검체에 지적 pH를 형성하는 버퍼액에 겔화 가능한 분말이 혼합되어 미리 정해진 농도를 가지는 겔 수용체; 및
상기 겔 수용체 내부에 형성되는 포어에 수용되고, 상기 겔 수용체가 상기 검체와 접촉 시 상기 겔 수용체로부터 상기 검체로 전달되어 상기 검체를 염색시키는 염색 시료;를 포함하며,
상기 겔 수용체는 그물 구조를 통해 상기 검체와 접촉 시 상기 염색 시료가 상기 검체로 과도하게 전달되는 것을 제어하여 상기 검체에 잔류물이 잔류하는 것을 방지하며,
상기 버퍼액의 pH는 상기 지적 pH가 산성인 경우에는 상기 지적 pH보다 작고, 상기 지적 pH가 염기성인 경우에는 상기 지적 pH보다 큰 것인,
접촉식 염색 패치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 겔 수용체는, 하이드로 겔인 것을 특징으로 하는
접촉식 염색 패치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 분말은, 아가 또는 아가로스 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는
접촉식 염색 패치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 겔 수용체는, 1~4% 농도의 아가로스 겔인 것을 특징으로 하는
접촉식 염색 패치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
방부제, 항생제 및 증발 방지제 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하되,
상기 방부제, 항생제 및 상기 증발 방지제는 상기 겔 수용체 내부에 형성되는 포어에 수용되는
접촉식 염색 패치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 염색 시료는, 로마노스키 염색액인
접촉식 염색 패치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 버퍼액은, pH 6.8~7.4 범위 내의 것인
접촉식 염색 패치.
- 내부에 형성되는 포어에 염색 시료를 수용하고, 그물 구조를 통해 상기 염색 시료의 유출 또는 오염을 방지하되, 검체와 접촉 시 상기 염색 시료를 상기 검체로 전달하여 상기 검체를 염색시키며, 상기 그물 구조를 통해 상기 검체와 접촉 시 상기 염색 시료가 상기 검체로 과도하게 전달되는 것을 제어하여 상기 검체에 잔류물이 잔류하는 것을 방지하는 겔 수용체로 제공되는 접촉식 염색 패치의 제조 방법으로,
상기 검체와 접촉 시 상기 검체에 지적 pH를 형성하는 버퍼액, 겔화 가능한 분말 및 염색 시료를 혼합하는 단계;
상기 혼합하는 단계에서 혼합된 혼합물을 끓이는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물이 겔 상이 되도록 냉각시키는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 버퍼액의 pH는 상기 지적 pH가 산성인 경우에는 상기 지적 pH보다 작고, 상기 지적 pH가 염기성인 경우에는 상기 지적 pH보다 큰 것인,
접촉식 염색 패치의 제조 방법.
- 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 염색 시료는, 김자 분말, 라이트 분말, 김자-라이트 분말, 메틸렌 블루, 에오신 및 에주어2(Azure II) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
접촉식 염색 패치의 제조 방법.
- 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 분말은, 아가 또는 아가로스 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는
접촉식 염색 패치의 제조 방법.
- 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 겔 상은, 1~4%의 아가로스 겔 농도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는
접촉식 염색 패치의 제조 방법.
- 내부에 형성되는 포어에 염색 시료를 수용하고, 그물 구조를 통해 상기 염색 시료의 유출 또는 오염을 방지하되, 검체와 접촉 시 상기 염색 시료를 상기 검체로 전달하여 상기 검체를 염색시키며, 상기 그물 구조를 통해 상기 검체와 접촉 시 상기 염색 시료가 상기 검체로 과도하게 전달되는 것을 제어하여 상기 검체에 잔류물이 잔류하는 것을 방지하는 겔 수용체로 제공되는 접촉식 염색 패치의 제조 방법으로,
상기 접촉 시 상기 검체에 지적 pH를 형성시키는 버퍼액과 겔화 가능한 분말을 혼합하는 단계;
상기 버퍼액과 상기 겔화 분말의 혼합물을 가열하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물을 스터링하면서 냉각시켜 겔 상으로 천이시키는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 천이시키는 단계 중에, 상기 염색 시료를 용액 형태로 상기 혼합물에 투여하며,
상기 버퍼액의 pH는 상기 지적 pH가 산성인 경우에는 상기 지적 pH보다 작고, 상기 지적 pH가 염기성인 경우에는 상기 지적 pH보다 큰 것인,
접촉식 염색 패치의 제조 방법.
- 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 가열하는 단계는, 전자 레인지를 이용한 베이킹 가열에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는
접촉식 염색 패치의 제조 방법.
- 내부에 형성되는 포어에 염색 시료를 수용하고, 그물 구조를 통해 상기 염색 시료의 유출 또는 오염을 방지하되, 검체와 접촉 시 상기 염색 시료를 상기 검체로 전달하여 상기 검체를 염색시키며, 상기 그물 구조를 통해 상기 검체와 접촉 시 상기 염색 시료가 상기 검체로 과도하게 전달되는 것을 제어하여 상기 검체에 잔류물이 잔류하는 것을 방지하는 겔 수용체로 제공되는 접촉식 염색 패치의 제조 방법으로,
상기 접촉 시 상기 검체에 지적 pH를 형성시키는 버퍼액과 겔화 가능한 분말을 혼합하는 단계;
상기 버퍼액과 상기 겔화 분말의 혼합물을 가열하는 단계;
