Claims (10)
- 완충기로서,
작동 유체가 봉입되는 실린더와,
상기 실린더 내에 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되며, 상기 실린더 내를 실린더 일측실과 실린더 타측실로 구획하는 피스톤과,
상기 피스톤에 연결되는 일단과, 상기 실린더로부터 외부로 연장되어 나오는 타단을 갖는 피스톤 로드와,
상기 피스톤 내에 마련되는 신장측 통로 및 축소측 통로와,
상기 신장측 통로에 마련되는 신장측 메인 밸브와,
상기 신장측 메인 밸브의 밸브 개방 압력을 조정하는 신장측 배압실과,
상기 축소측 통로에 마련되는 축소측 메인 밸브와,
상기 축소측 메인 밸브의 밸브 개방 압력을 조정하는 축소측 배압실과,
상기 신장측 배압실과 상기 축소측 배압실을 연통시키는 공통 통로와,
상기 공통 통로 내의 통로 면적을 조정하는 밸브체와,
상기 밸브체를 통전 시에 한 방향으로 압박하는 액츄에이터와,
상기 밸브체를 다른 방향으로 압박하는 압박 부재와,
상기 밸브체의 일측에 마련되며, 상기 실린더 일측실과 상기 실린더 타측실에 연통하는 실(室)과,
상기 실과 상기 실린더 일측실을 연통시키는 제1 연통로, 그리고
상기 실과 상기 실린더 타측실을 연통시키는 제2 연통로
를 구비하고,
상기 제1 연통로는 제1 오리피스를 구비하고,
상기 제2 연통로는 제2 오리피스를 구비하는 것인 완충기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브체의 수압(受壓) 면적은, 신장 행정 시보다 축소 행정 시가 큰 것인 완충기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 연통로는, 상기 축소측 통로를 통해 상기 실과 상기 실린더 타측실을 연통시키는 것인 완충기. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
신장 행정 시에 상기 제1 연통로 내의 작동 유체가 상기 실린더 타측실에 유통되는 것을 허용하는 제1 역지 밸브를 구비하는 완충기. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브체는 중실(中實)인 것인 완충기. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액츄에이터는, 상기 밸브체를 이동시키는 로드와, 상기 로드의 이동을 제어하는 솔레노이드를 구비하고,
상기 로드에는, 축방향을 따라 연장되는 로드 내 통로가 마련되고,
상기 로드의 일단측에는, 상기 로드 내 통로를 통해 상기 실에 연통되는 로드 배압실이 마련되고,
상기 제1 오리피스는, 상기 로드 배압실과 상기 실린더 일측실을 항상 연통시킬 수 있는 것인 완충기. - 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 오리피스는 상기 제1 역지 밸브에 형성되는 것인 완충기. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 연통로는 상기 축소측 배압실을 통해 상기 실린더 타측실에 연통되는 것인 완충기. - 제6항에 있어서,
축소 행정 시에 상기 로드 배압실 내의 작동 유체가 상기 실린더 일측실에 유통되는 것을 허용하는 제2 역지 밸브를 구비하는 완충기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제2 역지 밸브는, 상기 로드 배압실의 압력이 미리 정해진 압력이 되면 밸브 개방되는 체크 밸브인 것인 완충기.
