Claims (23)
- 기재와, 그 기재에 적층된 부형층을 구비하는 부형 필름으로서,
상기 부형층은 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분을 함유하는 광 경화형 조성물의 경화물을 함유하고,
상기 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분은,
(A1) 2 개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 우레탄아크릴레이트와,
(A2) 질소 함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴 모노머를 함유하는, 부형 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분이, (A4) 지환식 단관능 (메트)아크릴 모노머를 추가로 함유하는, 부형 필름. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 (A4) 지환식 단관능 (메트)아크릴 모노머가 디시클로펜타디엔 골격을 갖는, 부형 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분이, (A5) 2 개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 다관능 (메트)아크릴 모노머를 추가로 함유하는, 부형 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (A1) 우레탄아크릴레이트가 폴리카보네이트 구조를 갖는, 부형 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광 경화형 조성물이, (B) 광 중합 개시제를 추가로 함유하는, 부형 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광 경화형 조성물이, (D) 광 안정제를 추가로 함유하는, 부형 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광 경화형 조성물에 있어서의 상기 (A1) 우레탄아크릴레이트의 함유량이, 상기 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분 전체량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 ∼ 50 질량% 인, 부형 필름. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 광 경화형 조성물에 있어서의 상기 (A3) 에틸렌옥사이드 변성 비스페놀 A 디(메트)아크릴레이트의 함유량이, 상기 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분 전체량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 ∼ 20 질량% 인, 부형 필름. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 광 경화형 조성물에 있어서의 상기 (A4) 지환식 단관능 (메트)아크릴 모노머의 함유량이, 상기 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분 전체량을 기준으로 하여 30 ∼ 75 질량% 인, 부형 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재가 폴리카보네이트 필름인, 부형 필름. - (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분을 함유하는 광 경화형 조성물로서,
상기 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분은,
(A1) 2 개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 우레탄아크릴레이트와,
(A2) 질소 함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴 모노머를 함유하는, 광 경화형 조성물. - 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분이, (A4) 지환식 단관능 (메트)아크릴 모노머를 추가로 함유하는, 광 경화형 조성물. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 (A4) 지환식 단관능 (메트)아크릴 모노머가 디시클로펜타디엔 골격을 갖는, 광 경화형 조성물. - 제 14 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 라디칼 중합성 성분이, (A5) 2 개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 다관능 (메트)아크릴 모노머를 추가로 함유하는, 광 경화형 조성물. - 제 14 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (A1) 우레탄아크릴레이트가 폴리카보네이트 구조를 갖는, 광 경화형 조성물. - 제 14 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(B) 광 중합 개시제를 추가로 함유하는, 광 경화형 조성물. - 제 14 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(D) 광 안정제를 추가로 함유하는, 광 경화형 조성물. - 제 14 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
25 ℃ 에서의 점도가 40 ∼ 1000 mPa·s 인, 광 경화형 조성물.
