Abstract
본 발명은 진공펌프와 배관의 연결에 사용되는 벨로즈에 장착되는 서포트에 관한것으로,더 상세하게는 벨로즈의 손상을 방지하면서 진공펌프의 진동을 감소시키기 위한 벨로즈서포트에 관한 것이다.
(2) 해결수단
본 발명에 위한 벨로즈서포트는 벨로즈의 유격에 따라 함께 동작 하는 실린더 방식으로 수축팽창의 반복적 움직임과 충격을 흡수하는 스프링(6): 상기 스프링과 연결되어 상하로 움직이는 피스톤로드(4): 상기 스프링의 장력을 조절 할 수 있는 텐션볼트(2)를 포함한다.
(3) 기대효과
상기 실린더 벨로즈서포트를 이용하면 수 없이 반복되는 수축팽창에 의한 벨로즈의 파손을 방지 하여 공정 손실을 줄일 수 있으며 배관을 타고 전달되는 펌프 진동을 감소시켜 장비의 데미지를 줄여 생산성이 향상되고 고가의 장비를 보호 하는 장점이 있다.

Claims (3)
- 실린더하우징(1) 내측하단의 암나사 부분에 스프링의 장력을 조절 할 수 있는 텐션볼트(2)가 체결되며 텐션볼트(2)의 관통구멍에 더스트실(3)을 삽입 후고정너트(10)를 피스톤로드(4)에 체결후 피스톤로드(4)가 실린더 하우징(1)에 삽입되어지며,피스톤(5)의 암나사부분과 피스톤로드(4)의 수나사가 조여지고 스프링(6)을 넣은후 캡(7)을 실린더하우징(1)에 용접하고 전산볼트(8)을 캡(7)과 피스톤로드(4)에 용접으로 부착후 너트(9)로 더블클램프(10)를 조립하는 구조의 실린더 벨로즈서포트로써,
상기 더블클램프(10)을 이용하여 벨로즈플랜지(A)와 배관플랜지(B)에 고정 결합되어 벨로즈(C)의 수축과 팽창에 따라 함께 동작하여 벨로즈(C)에 가해지는 충격을 흡수 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로하는 구조의 벨로즈서포트.
- 청구항 1 에서,
상기 텐션볼트(2)에 삽입되어 실린더 내부의 분진이 밖으로 누출됨을 방지하는 더스트실(3)을 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조의 실린더형 벨로즈서포트.
- 청구항 1 에서,
상기 실린더하우징(1)에 나사방식으로 체결되는 텐션너트(2)가 가변적으로 조이고 풀러 스프링(6)의 장력을 조절할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조의 실린더형 벨로즈서포트.
