Claims (28)
- 유리 프릿(frit)의 입자 및 결정질 산화물 재료의 입자를 포함하는 입자 혼합물로서, 유리 프릿은 산화규소(SiO2), 산화아연(ZnO) 및 황(S)을 포함하고, 입자 혼합물의 D90 입자 크기는 5 마이크로미터 미만인, 입자 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 프릿은
a) 25 내지 65 중량%의 SiO2;
b) 19 내지 59 중량%의 ZnO;
c) 0 중량% 초과 내지 6 중량%의 S
를 포함하는, 입자 혼합물. - 제2항에 있어서, 유리 프릿은
d) 0 내지 40 중량%의 Bi2O3;
e) 7 내지 14 중량%의 B2O3;
f) 0 내지 3 중량%의 Li2O;
g) 0 내지 7 중량%의 TiO2;
h) 4 내지 12 중량%의 Na2O;
i) 0 내지 3 중량%의 K2O;
j) 0 내지 1 중량%의 F;
k) 0 내지 2 중량%의 BaO;
l) 0 내지 1 중량%의 V2O5;

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 프릿은 0.1 중량% 미만의 Bi2O3, 바람직하게는 0.05 중량% 미만, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.01 중량% 미만, 가장 바람직하게는 0.005 중량% 미만의 Bi2O3을 포함하는, 입자 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 프릿의 입자의 D90 입자 크기는 4 마이크로미터 미만, 바람직하게는 3 마이크로미터 미만, 더욱 바람직하게는 2 마이크로미터 미만, 가장 바람직하게는 1.5 마이크로미터 미만인, 입자 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결정질 산화물 재료는 산화규소, 산화아연, 붕산아연, 규산아연, 지르콘산규소, 규산알루미늄, 규산칼슘 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 입자 혼합물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 결정질 산화물 재료는 SiO2, Zn2SiO4, ZnO.B2O3, 3ZnO.B2O3, 5ZnO.2B2O3, Al2SiO5 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 입자 혼합물.
