Claims (11)
- 도금조를 통과한 강판을 둘러싸고, 불활성 가스로 불활성 분위기를 형성하며, 강판의 통판을 위한 출입구가 형성된 실링박스;
상기 실링박스의 출입구에 인접하게 설치되어 상기 강판의 폭에 따라 상기 강판 출입구의 개방면적을 조절하는 가변차폐부; 및
상기 가변차폐부에 설치되어 상기 강판 출입구를 적어도 부분적으로 실링하는 가변실링부
를 포함하는 산화방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출입구는 상기 실링박스의 전폭에 걸쳐 연장하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가변차폐부는,
상기 실링박스의 출입구를 차폐하도록 이동 가능하게 설치된 차폐판;
상기 차폐판에 연결된 이송부; 및
상기 이송부에 연결되어 이송부를 구동하는 구동부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 차폐판은 접었다 펼칠 수 있는 자바라 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 이송부는,
상기 실링박스의 출입구에 인접하면서 상기 실링박스의 폭방향으로 연장하여 설치되고, 일측에 연결된 상기 구동부의 구동력을 통해 회전하는 볼트축; 및
상기 차폐판에 연결되고, 상기 볼트축과 나사결합하여 상기 볼트축을 따라 왕복이동하는 너트부가 구비된 이동블록
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 가변차폐부는, 상기 볼트축과 평행하게 연장하여 설치된 적어도 하나의 가이드레일을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 차폐판과 연결된 2개의 이송부가 상기 실링박스의 출입구에 인접하게 배치될 때, 상기 이송부와 상기 구동부 사이에는 동력전달부가 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 동력전달부는,
상기 이송부에 각각 연결된 2개의 측부기어박스;
상기 구동부의 회전축에 연결된 중앙기어박스; 및
각각 일단이 상기 측부기어박스에 연결되고, 타단이 상기 중앙기어박스에 연결된 2개의 연결축
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 연결축은 양단부에 제1기어가 형성되고,
상기 이송부의 단부와 상기 구동부의 회전축의 단부에는 제2기어가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 가변실링부는, 상기 차폐판의 단부 또는 상기 이동블록에 고정되고, 상기 차폐판의 폭방향과 평행하게 연장하며, 일측으로 가스 분사를 위한 슬릿이 형성된 노즐을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 노즐의 타측에는, 불활성 가스를 공급하는 공급배관이 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지장치.
