도 2 및 도 3은 종래 공정에 의한 문제점을 도시한 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 의한 동시성형 핫스탬핑 공정을 개략적으로 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 종래 기술에 의한 용접부의 조직 분석 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 의한 용접부의 조직 분석 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 용접부의 Al 성분에 따른 미세 조직의 변화를 나타낸 것이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 의한 용접부의 Al 성분에 따른 미세 조직의 변화를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (9)
- 2매 이상의 모재 간 용접부를 Al 필러와이어를 적용하여 레이저 용접하는 단계; 및
상기 레이저 용접하는 단계에 의해 용접된 상기 2매 이상의 모재를 완제품 형태로 핫스탬핑(hot stamping)하는 단계를 포함하는,
동시성형 핫스탬핑 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용접부는 평면 용접부 외에 상기 평면 용접부보다 인장응력이 과도하게 부여되는 과인장 용접부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
동시성형 핫스탬핑 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Al 필러와이어는 전체 중량 대비 0.25wt% 이상 10wt% 미만의 Si를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
동시성형 핫스탬핑 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Al 필러와이어는 전체 중량 대비 4.5wt% 이상 15wt% 미만의 Mg을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
동시성형 핫스탬핑 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Al 필러와이어는 전체 중량 대비 0.25wt% 이상 10wt% 미만의 Si, 4.5wt% 이상 15wt% 미만의 Mg 및 잔부의 Al을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
동시성형 핫스탬핑 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 2매 이상의 모재는 도금층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는,
동시성형 핫스탬핑 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 도금층은 Al-Si 도금층 또는 Zn 도금층인 것을 특징으로 하는,
동시성형 핫스탬핑 방법. - 청구항 1의 동시성형 핫스탬핑 방법에 의해 제조되는 핫스탬핑 제품.
- 2매 이상의 모재를 용접 후 핫스탬핑(hot stamping)에 의해 제조되고, 상기 핫스탬핑 후 상기 2매 이상의 모재 간 용접부에는 페라이트(ferrite) 미세조직이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
핫스탬핑 제품.
