Description
Claims (14)
- 기재층; 고형분을 기준으로 무기 입자를 20 내지 65 중량부 범위 내로 포함하는 습식 코팅층; 및 하기 관계식을 만족하는 제 1 층, 제 2 층, 및 제 3 층을 순차로 포함하는 증착층;을 갖고,
상기 제 1 층은 아연(Zn)을 50 wt% 이상 포함하는 금속산화물을 갖는 저반사 필름:

이때, n1은 제 1 층의 굴절률이고, n2 는 제 2 층의 굴절률이고, n3는 제 3 층의 굴절률이고, 상기 n1, n2 및 n3는 1 내지 2.5 범위 내의 굴절률을 의미한다. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 습식 코팅층은 우레탄 아크릴레이트; 및 티올 화합물을 포함하는 조성물의 경화물을 갖는 저반사 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄 아크릴레이트는 방향족기를 갖는 저반사 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄 아크릴레이트 100 중량부 대비 5 내지 40 중량부 범위로 상기 티올 화합물을 포함하는 저반사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자는 클레이, 탈크, 알루미나, 탄산칼슘, 지르코니아 및 실리카 입자 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 저반사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 층은 1.6 내지 1.9 범위 내의 굴절률을 갖는 저반사 필름.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 층은 지르코늄(Zr), 안티몬(Sb), 바륨(Ba), 갈륨(Ga), 게르마늄(Ge), 하프늄(Hf), 인듐(In), 란티늄(La), 마그네슘(Mg), 셀렌(Se), 규소(Si), 탄탈(Ta), 티타늄(Ti), 바나듐(V), 이트륨(Y), 알루미늄(Al), 니오븀(Nb), 및 주석(Sn) 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 20 wt% 이하의 함량으로 더 포함하는 저반사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 층은 2.0 내지 2.4 범위 내의 굴절률을 갖는 금속산화물층이고, 상기 제 3 층은 1.4 내지 1.6 범위 내의 굴절률을 갖는 금속산화물층인 저반사 필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 층 및 제 3 층은 각각 독립적으로 지르코늄(Zr), 안티몬(Sb), 바륨(Ba), 갈륨(Ga), 게르마늄(Ge), 하프늄(Hf), 인듐(In), 란티늄(La), 마그네슘(Mg), 셀렌(Se), 규소(Si), 탄탈(Ta), 티타늄(Ti), 바나듐(V), 이트륨(Y), 알루미늄(Al), 니오븀(Nb), 아연(Zn) 및 주석(Sn) 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 저반사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 습식 코팅층은 상기 기재층 및 상기 제 1 층과 각각 접하는 저반사 필름.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 층, 제 2 층, 및 제 3 층은 서로 직접 접하는 저반사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 증착층 상에 방오층을 더 포함하고, 상기 방오층은 불소계 화합물을 포함하는 조성물의 경화물인 저반사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가시광에 대한 반사도가 0.25 % 미만인 저반사 필름.
