Claims (8)
- 기재의 외표면 상에, 실리카 나노 입자를 50질량% 이상 함유하는 막 두께 1nm~5μm의 실리카층을 가지고, 또한 이 실리카층의 외표면 상에 함불소 유기 규소 화합물의 경화물을 주성분으로 하는 막 두께 0.5~30nm의 발수발유층을 가지는 발수 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 함불소 유기 규소 화합물이 가수분해성 기를 적어도 1개 가지는 플루오로옥시알킬렌기 함유 유기 규소 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수 부재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 함불소 유기 규소 화합물이 하기 일반식(1), (2), (3), (4) 및 (5)으로 표시되는 불소 함유 가수분해성 유기 규소 화합물로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수 부재.

-(CF2)d-O-(CF2O)p(CF2CF2O)q(CF2CF2CF2O)r(CF2CF2CF2CF2O)s(CF(CF3)CF2O)t-(CF2)d-이며, p, q, r, s, t는 각각 독립적으로 0~200의 정수이며, 또한 p+q+r+s+t=3~500이며, 이들 괄호 내에 표시되는 각 단위는 랜덤으로 결합되어 있어도 되고, d는 독립적으로 0~8의 정수이며, 이 단위는 직쇄상이어도 되고 분기상이어도 된다. A는 불소 원자, 수소 원자, 또는 말단이 -CF3기, -CF2H기 혹은 -CH2F기인 1가의 불소 함유기이며, Z, Z'는 독립적으로 단결합, 또는 질소 원자, 산소 원자, 규소 원자, 인 원자 혹은 유황 원자를 포함하고 있어도 되고, 불소 치환되어 있어도 되는 2~8가의 유기기이며, W는 말단에 가수분해성 기를 가지는 1가의 유기기이다. α, β는 각각 독립적으로 1~7의 정수이며, 또한 α+β=2~8이다. γ는 2~8의 정수이다.〕
(식 중, Rf, A기는 상기와 동일하며, Q는 단결합 또는 2가의 유기기이며, δ는 1~10의 정수이며, Y는 가수분해성 기를 가지는 2가의 유기기이며, B는 수소 원자, 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기, 또는 할로겐 원자이다.) - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카 나노 입자의 평균 입경이 30nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수 부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카 나노 입자를 50질량% 이상 함유하는 실리카층에, 평균 입경이 30nm 이하의 산화티탄 나노 입자, 백금 나노 입자 및 산화주석 나노 입자로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 0.1~50질량% 포함하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수 부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재가 금속 산화물, 금속, 수지, 세라믹, 석영, 유리, 사파이어 또는 다이아몬드인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수 부재.
- 기재의 외표면 상에 실리카 나노 입자와 용제를 포함하는 분산액을 습식 도포하는 공정과, 이 분산액으로부터 이 용제를 건조 제거하는 공정과, 이 용제를 건조 제거하여 형성한 실리카층의 외표면 상에 함불소 유기 규소 화합물과 용제를 포함하는 용액을 습식 도포하는 공정과, 이 용액으로부터 이 용제를 건조 제거하여 함불소 유기 규소 화합물을 경화하는 공정을 포함하는 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 발수발유층을 가지는 발수 부재의 제조 방법.
