Claims (10)
- 연소실 내에 연소실의 원주방향을 따라 공기를 분사할 수 있도록 설치된 에어인젝터와;
상기 에어인젝터에 압축공기를 공급할 수 있도록 설치된 공압공급장치와;
상기 공압공급장치를 제어하여 엔진의 흡기밸브 폐쇄 이후 압축공기를 상기 에어인젝터로 공급하도록 하는 컨트롤러;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 에어인젝터는 상기 연소실의 상측에 설치되며, 흡기포트와 배기포트 사이에서 상기 배기포트 쪽을 향하여 압축공기를 분사하도록 설치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 공압공급장치는
에어클리너를 통과한 공기를 압축하고, 압축된 공기를 상기 에어인젝터로 공급할 수 있도록 설치된 에어펌프;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 공압공급장치는
상기 에어펌프에서 생성된 압축공기를 저장하였다가 상기 에어인젝터로 공급하도록 하는 에어탱크를 더 구비한 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는
엔진의 흡기밸브 폐쇄 이후, 연소실 압력이 상기 에어펌프에서 공급하는 압축공기의 압력보다 작은 범위 내에서, 상기 에어인젝터로 압축공기를 연소실 내에 분사하도록 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치. - 청구항 5항의 엔진 공기 제어 장치를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러가 엔진의 운전 정보를 입력 받는 단계와;
상기 입력 받은 정보에 의해, 상기 컨트롤러가 현재 엔진의 운전 영역이 스월을 형성하기 위한 에어인젝터 구동이 필요한 영역인지 판단하는 단계와;
에어인젝터의 구동이 필요하다고 판단되면, 상기 컨트롤러가 에어인젝터를 구동하여 연소실에 압축공기를 분사하여 스월을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치 제어 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러가 에어인젝터 구동이 필요한 영역이라고 판단한 경우에도, 연소실 압력이 소정의 기준압력 미만인 경우에만 상기 에어인젝터를 구동하여 연소실에 압축공기를 분사하도록 연소실 압력을 기준압력과 비교하는 단계를
더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치 제어 방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 소정의 기준압력은 상기 에어펌프가 형성할 수 있는 최대압력으로 설정되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치 제어 방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는 소정의 기준부하 이상의 고부하 영역을 상기 에어인젝터 구동이 필요한 영역이라고 판단하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치 제어 방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는 흡기밸브 폐쇄 이후 TDC 이전의 범위 내에서 상기 에어인젝터의 압축공기 분사 시기와 기간을 엔진의 운전상황에 따라 가변시켜 제어하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진 공기 제어 장치 제어 방법.
