Claims (23)
- 하나 이상의 발효 생성물을 생산하는 공정으로서,
a. CO-풍부 C1-함유 가스 기질을 하나 이상의 C1-고정 미생물의 배양물을 함유하는 액체 영양 배지를 포함하는 접종 반응기에 제공하는 단계;
b. 상기 CO-풍부 C1-함유 가스 기질을 발효하여 접종물을 생산하는 단계;
c. 상기 접종물 중 적어도 일부를 액체 영양 배지 중의 하나 이상의 C1-고정 미생물의 배양물을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 생물 반응기를 포함하는 생물 반응기 시스템에 전달하는 단계;
d. H2 풍부 C1-함유 가스 기질을 상기 생물 반응기 시스템에 전달하는 단계; 및
e. 상기 H2 풍부 C1-함유 가스 기질을 발효하여 적어도 하나의 발효 생성물을 생산하는 단계를 포함하는, 공정. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CO-풍부 C1-함유 가스 기질이 1 : 1 미만의 H2 : CO 몰 비로 H2를 포함하는, 공정.

- 하나 이상의 발효 생성물을 생산하는 공정으로서,
a. C1-함유 가스 기질 중 적어도 일부를 접종 반응기에 전달하고 C1-함유 가스 기질 중 적어도 일부를 생물 반응기에 전달하는 단계;
b. 상기 접종 반응기에서 C1-함유 가스 기질을 발효하여 접종물을 생산하는 단계;
c. 상기 접종물 중 적어도 일부를 적어도 하나의 생물 반응기에 전달하는 단계; 및
d. 상기 생물 반응기에서 C1-함유 가스 기질을 발효하여 적어도 하나의 발효 생성물을 생산하는 단계를 포함하고,
e. 상기 접종 반응기에 전달될 상기 C1-함유 가스 기질은 접종 반응기에 전달되기 전에 적어도 하나의 H2 제거 공정을 거치는, 공정. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 접종 반응기에 전달될 C1-함유 가스 기질이 1 : 1 미만의 H2 : CO 몰 비로 H2를 포함하는, 공정.
