Claims (14)
- 하나 이상의 이차 전지;
내부에 빈 공간이 형성되어 내부 공간에 상기 하나 이상의 이차 전지를 수납하는 모듈 케이스; 및
상기 모듈 케이스의 내부 공간에서 상기 이차 전지와 대면되도록 배치되며, 상기 이차 전지로부터 인가되는 압력이 기준값 이하인 경우 열을 흡수하여 보유하고 상기 이차 전지로부터 인가되는 압력이 상기 기준값을 초과하는 경우 보유된 열을 방출하도록 구성된 하나 이상의 열압력 교환 부재
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지는 복수 포함되고,
상기 열압력 교환 부재는, 상기 이차 전지의 사이 공간에 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지는, 파우치형 이차 전지로서, 상기 모듈 케이스의 내부 공간에서 세워진 형태로 수평 방향으로 배치되고,
상기 열압력 교환 부재는, 판상으로 구성되어 상기 이차 전지의 사이 공간에 세워진 형태로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열압력 교환 부재는, 압력이 인가되지 않을 때 열을 흡수하여 보유하고 압력이 인가될 때 보유된 열을 방출하는 세라믹 물질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열압력 교환 부재는, 압력 인가 여부에 따라 열을 흡수 및 방출하는 재질로 구성된 열교환부 및 상기 열교환부와 다른 재질로 구성되며 상기 열교환부를 지지하는 본체부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 본체부는 세워진 플레이트 형태로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 열교환부는, 세워진 플레이트 형태를 가지며, 하단이 상기 본체부의 상단에 나란하게 결합된 형태로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 본체부는, 상기 열교환부의 외주부에 위치하여 상기 열교환부를 감싸도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 열교환부는, 상기 본체부의 표면의 적어도 일부에 코팅된 형태로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 열교환부는, 상기 본체부보다 상기 이차 전지 측으로 돌출되게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 열교환부는, 하나의 열압력 교환 부재에서 두께가 다른 부분이 존재하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 열교환부는, 적어도 일부분이 상기 이차 전지의 중앙 부분에서 테두리 부분으로 갈수록 두께가 얇아지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
