Description
Claims (15)
- 전기 모터를 갖는 차량에서 변속기를 윤활시키기 위한 윤활 조성물로서,
a. 윤활 점도를 갖는 오일,
b. 0.2 내지 2.0 중량%의, 적어도 1종의 하기 화학식 I의 보레이트 에스테르:
(상기 식에서, 각각의 R은 독립적으로 C3 내지 C12 알킬임),
c. 상기 윤활 조성물에 100 내지 450 ppm의 인을 전달하는 양으로 존재하는, 단량체 인산 또는 이의 에스테르와 적어도 2종의 알킬렌 디올의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 포스파이트 에스테르 조성물을 포함하는 적어도 1종의 인 함유 화합물,
d. 상기 윤활 조성물에 100 ppm 미만의 붕소를 전달하는, 1.8 중량% 이하의 총량의 분산제, 및
e. 상기 윤활 조성물에 300 ppm 이하의 칼슘을 전달하는 양으로 존재하는, 칼슘 함유 설포네이트 또는 살리실레이트 표면활성제(detergent) 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하되,
상기 윤활 조성물은 40℃에서의 동점도가 8 cSt 내지 18 cSt이고,
상기 (c)의 포스파이트 에스테르로부터 유래되는 인과 상기 (b)의 보레이트 에스테르로부터 유래되는 붕소의 비가 0.7 초과인, 윤활 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인 함유 화합물은 C3-8 하이드로카르빌 포스파이트를 추가로 포함하는, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (1) 폴리올과 2) 약 12 내지 약 24개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 지방족 카르복실산의 에스테르 0.01 내지 1.0 중량%를 추가로 포함하는, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르는 글리세롤 모노올레에이트인, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (1) 알코올과 2) 약 4 내지 약 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 지방족 카르복실산의 에스테르 0.1 내지 3.0 중량%를 추가로 포함하는, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르는 C8-13 아디페이트 에스테르인, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.01 중량% 내지 0.5 중량%의 디메르캅토티아디아졸 또는 이의 유도체를 추가로 포함하는, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르 중합체 점도 개질제를 추가로 포함하는, 윤활 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르 중합체는 중량 평균 분자량이 5,000 내지 25,000인, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.05 중량% 내지 1.0 중량%의 C12 내지 C24 하이드로카르빌 포스파이트를 추가로 포함하는, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.01 중량% 내지 1.0 중량%의 C12-24 보레이트화(borated) 에폭사이드를 추가로 포함하는, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장애 페놀, 아릴 아민, 및 황 함유 산화방지제로부터 선택되는 적어도 2종의 산화방지제의 혼합물 0.1 중량% 내지 3.0 중량%를 추가로 포함하는, 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제1항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활 조성물은 100℃ 및 500 V에서 ASTM D2624에 의해 측정될 때 최대 7.0x10-10 S/cm의 전기 전도도를 나타내는, 윤활 조성물.
- 변속기의 윤활 방법으로서,
제1항 내지 제1항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 자동 변속기에 공급하는 단계, 및 상기 변속기를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는, 변속기의 윤활 방법. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 변속기는 변속 클러치를 포함하지 않는, 방법.
