Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 에폭시 수지 시스템으로서,
에폭시 수지; 및, 폴리아릴렌 알킬포스포네이트, 폴리아릴렌 아릴포스포네이트 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제1 경화제를 포함하는, 에폭시 수지 블렌드; 및
융합된 이미다졸 고리를 갖는 화합물, 아민, 무수물, 이미다졸 기를 갖는 화합물과 융합된 이미다졸 고리를 갖는 화합물, 아민, 및 무수물 중 하나 이상과의 혼합물, 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제2 경화제
를 포함하고, 충전제(filler)가 없는, 에폭시 수지 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지가 비스페놀 F, 비스페놀 A, 1,1-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)에탄, 1,1-디클로로-2,2-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)에텐, 페놀계 노볼락, 페놀계 레졸, 또는 이의 조합들에 기반한 방향족 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 에폭시 수지 성분이 일작용기성(monofunctional) 에폭시 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아릴렌 알킬포스포네이트가 폴리-(m-페닐렌 메틸포스포네이트), 폴리-(m-페닐렌 페닐포스포네이트), 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 블렌드가 부가 인(phosphorus) 화합물, 희석제, 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 부가 인 화합물이 비(non)-폴리아릴렌 포스포네이트, 포스파젠, 알킬 포스페이트, 아릴 포스페이트, 알킬 포스파이트, 아릴 포스파이트, 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부가 인 화합물이 디메틸 메틸포스포네이트, 디에틸 에틸포스포네이트, P,P',P",P,P',P"-헥사메톡시포스파젠, P,P',P",P,P',P"-헥사페녹시포스파젠, 디메틸 포스파이트, 디에틸 N,N-비스(2-하이드록시에틸) 아미노메틸포스포네이트, 트리부틸 포스페이트, 트리페닐 포스페이트, 디페닐 메틸포스포네이트, 디페닐 페닐포스포네이트, 레조시놀 비스(디페닐 포스페이트), t-부틸화된 트리페닐 포스페이트, 비스페놀 A 비스(디페닐 포스페이트), 비스페놀 F 비스(디페닐 포스페이트), 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 총 인 함량이 상기 에폭시 수지 시스템/에폭시 수지 블렌드의 4 wt% 초과인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 희석제가 알콜의 모노글리시딜 에테르, 비(non)-방향족 글리콜 또는 트리올 또는 폴리올의 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 폴리글리콜, 글리시딜 에스테르, 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이미다졸 기를 갖는 화합물이 이미다졸, 1-메틸이미다졸, 2-메틸이미다졸, 2-프로필이미다졸, 2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸, 2-페닐이미다졸, 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 융합된 이미다졸 고리를 가진 화합물을 갖는 상기 화합물이 벤즈이미다졸, 톨루이미다졸, 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 이소포론디아민, 디메틸아미노에탄올, 도데실디메틸아민, n-메틸디에탄올아민, 및 이의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 블렌드가
약 40 wt% 내지 약 85 wt%의 상기 에폭시 수지; 및
약 15 wt% 내지 약 60 wt%의 상기 폴리아릴렌 알킬포스포네이트를 포함한 제1 경화제
를 포함하는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 블렌드가
약 0 wt% 내지 약 30 wt%의 추가 인 화합물; 및
약 0 wt% 내지 약 20 wt%의 희석제
를 추가로 포함하고,
상기 모든 성분들의 총합이 100 wt%의 상기 에폭시 수지 블렌드인, 에폭시 수지 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 시스템이
약 60 wt% 내지 약 99.8 wt%의 상기 에폭시 수지 블렌드; 및
약 0.2 wt% 내지 약 40 wt%의 상기 제2 경화제
를 포함하는 것인, 에폭시 수지 시스템.
