Abstract
Description
도 2는 circular dichrosim spectroscopy를 이용하여 본 발명에 따른 재조합 서브틸라아제와 서브틸리신 Carlsberg의 효소변성 온도 측정 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 재조합 서브틸라아제와 산업적으로 사용되는 프로테아제인 Savinase 16L 및 Liquanase의 온도에 따른 상대활성 특성을 나타낸 도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 재조합 서브틸라아제에 의해 분해되는 탈지유를 정성적으로 분석한 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 재조합 서브틸라아제의 혈액, 우유, 및 잉크로 오염된 오염포에 대한 세척 능력을 확인한 결과이다.
Claims (11)
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 표시되는, 저온 활성 서브틸라아제(subtilase).
- 제1항의 저온 활성 서브틸라아제를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 1의 염기 서열로 표시되는 것인, 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제3항의 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 발현 벡터.
- 제4항의 발현 벡터가 도입된 형질전환체.
- 제5항의 형질전환체를 회분식 배양하여 서브틸라아제를 불활성화(inactivated) 봉입체(inclusion body)로 발현시키는 단계; 및
상기 불활성화 봉입체를 리폴딩하여 활성화하는 단계;를 포함하는, 저온 활성 서브틸라아제의 제조 방법. - 제1항의 저온 활성 서브틸라아제 또는 제6항의 방법에 의해 제조된 저온 활성 서브틸라아제를 포함하는 세제 또는 세척용 조성물.
- 제1항의 저온 활성 서브틸라아제 또는 제6항의 방법에 의해 제조된 저온 활성 서브틸라아제를 포함하는 소독용 조성물.
- 제1항의 저온 활성 서브틸라아제 또는 제6항의 방법에 의해 제조된 저온 활성 서브틸라아제를 포함하는 사료 첨가제 조성물.
- 제1항의 저온 활성 서브틸라아제 또는 제6항의 방법에 의해 제조된 저온 활성 서브틸라아제를 포함하는 식품 첨가제 조성물.
- 제1항의 저온 활성 서브틸라아제 또는 제6항의 방법에 의해 제조된 저온 활성 서브틸라아제를 포함하는 섬유 또는 가죽 가공 조성물.
