Claims (10)
- 하기 단계에 의해 화학식 (I)의 음이온성 계면활성제를 제조하는 방법:
여기서 R은 5 내지 25개의 C 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형 알킬, 알케닐, 알킬아릴 또는 알케닐아릴 기를 나타내고, X+는 전하-균형 양이온을 나타냄,
a) 푸르푸랄을 그리냐르 화합물 R-Mg-Hal (여기서 R은 상기 명시된 의미를 가지고, Hal은 Br 및 I로부터 선택됨)과 반응시키는 단계, b) 푸란 고리를 수소화하여 테트라히드로푸란 고리를 형성하는 단계, 및 c) 황산화제를 사용하여 황산화하고, 임의적으로 X+OH-, X+HCO- 3 또는 X+ 2CO2- 3 (여기서 X+는 알칼리 금속 양이온 또는 기 N+R1R2R3을 나타내며, 여기서 R1, R2 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 1 내지 6개의 C 원자를 갖는 알킬 기, 또는 2 내지 6개의 C 원자를 갖는 히드록시알킬 기를 나타냄)과의 후속 반응에 의해 중화시키는 단계. - 하기 단계에 의해 화학식 (I)의 음이온성 계면활성제를 제조하는 방법:

- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미립자이며 빌더를 특히 1 wt.% 내지 60 wt.% 범위의 양으로 함유하거나, 또는 액체이며 1 wt.% 내지 90 wt.%, 특히 10 wt.% 내지 85 wt.%의 물, 수혼화성 용매 또는 물과 수혼화성 용매의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작용제.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 물질로 만들어진 챔버에 분배되어 개별 투입을 위해 준비되고, 15 wt.% 미만, 특히 1 wt.% 내지 12 wt.% 범위의 물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작용제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 (I)의 화합물에서의 R이 7-21개의 C 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형, 특히 선형 알킬 기를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제, 방법, 작용제 또는 용도.
