Abstract
가동플래튼과 리어플래튼을 연결하는 토글기구를 갖는 사출성형기로서, 토글기구는, 복수의 링크와, 가동플래튼과 링크를 연결하는 제1 연결부와, 링크끼리를 연결하는 제2 연결부와, 리어플래튼과 링크를 연결하는 제3 연결부를 갖고, 제1 내지 제3 연결부 중 적어도 1개의 연결부는, 부시와, 부시에 삽통되는 연결핀과, 부시 및 연결핀의 슬라이딩면의 마모를 검지하는 마모검지부를 가지며, 마모검지부는, 부시가 배치된 부재의 위치를 검출한다.

Claims (3)
- 가동플래튼과 리어플래튼을 연결하는 토글기구를 갖는 사출성형기로서,
상기 토글기구는,
복수의 링크와,
상기 가동플래튼과 상기 링크를 연결하는 제1 연결부와,
상기 링크끼리를 연결하는 제2 연결부와,
상기 리어플래튼과 상기 링크를 연결하는 제3 연결부를 갖고,
상기 제1 내지 제3 연결부 중 적어도 1개의 연결부는,
부시와,
상기 부시에 삽통되는 연결핀과,
상기 부시 및 상기 연결핀의 슬라이딩면의 마모를 검지하는 마모검지부를 가지며,
상기 마모검지부는, 상기 부시가 배치된 부재의 위치를 검출하는, 사출성형기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마모검지부는,
형체결 시의 상기 부재의 위치에 근거하여, 상기 마모를 검지하는, 사출성형기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 마모검지부는,
마모 전의 초기상태에 있어서의 형체결 시의 상기 부재의 위치와, 형체결 시의 상기 부재의 위치와의 변위에 근거하여, 상기 마모를 검지하는, 사출성형기.
