Claims (7)
-
[식 (1) 중, X 는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.]
로 나타내는 할로겐화물을 알칼리 금속 황화물 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 알칼리 금속 화합물과 반응시켜,
로 나타내는 폴리올 화합물 및
으로 나타내는 폴리올 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 폴리올 화합물을 얻는 것 ;
상기 폴리올 화합물을 티오우레아와 반응시켜 이소티우로늄염을 얻는 것 ;
상기 이소티우로늄염을 가수 분해함으로써 폴리티올의 염을 얻는 것 ; 그리고,
상기 폴리티올의 염을 폴리티올로 전환함으로써,
로 나타내는 폴리티올 화합물,
로 나타내는 폴리티올 화합물,
으로 나타내는 폴리티올 화합물 및
로 나타내는 폴리티올 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 폴리티올 화합물을 얻는 것 ;
을 포함하고,
상기 티오우레아의 티오시안산암모늄의 함유율이 0.05 질량% 이하인, 폴리티올 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 금속 화합물은, 황화나트륨 및 수산화나트륨으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 알칼리 금속 화합물인, 폴리티올 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리티올의 염은, 폴리티올의 알칼리 금속염 및 폴리티올의 암모늄염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 염인, 폴리티올 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 폴리티올 화합물을 제조하는 것 ; 및
제조된 폴리티올 화합물을 폴리이소(티오)시아네이트 화합물과 혼합하여 경화성 조성물을 조제하는 것,
을 포함하는 경화성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 경화성 조성물을 제조하는 것 ; 및
제조된 경화성 조성물을 경화하여 경화물을 얻는 것,
을 포함하는 경화물의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제조된 경화성 조성물을 경화하여 경화물을 얻는 것을, 상기 경화성 조성물을 주형 (注型) 중합에 제공함으로써 실시하는, 경화물의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 경화물은 안경 렌즈 기재인, 경화물의 제조 방법.
