Abstract
구체적으로, CNC공작기계의 주축 스핀들 모터의 전류량을 검출하여 반복적 부품가공시에 가공부하를 계산하는 방법에 있어서, 전류량 패턴에 대해서 가공시작점과 가공종료점까지의 적분값을 활용하여 부품가공에 대한 총가공부하량을 계산한다. 그리고 전류량 패턴에 대한 적분계산을 레퍼런스 부품가공에도 적용하여 기준 부하량을 설정한 후에 반복적으로 수행하는 부품가공마다 전류량 패턴의 적분값을 획득하여 레퍼런스 부하와 가공 중 부하의 차이값을 계산한다. 그리고 이 적분차를 공구마모로 인해서 공구교환의 여부를 결정하는 지시값으로 사용한다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 가공부하 레퍼런스 패턴과 실제 가공시 전류센서에 의해서 측정된 가공부하패턴을 비교한 그래프이다.
20 : 컨트롤러를 통해서 입력받는 가공시작점과 가공종료점 입력단계
30 : 수행 중인 가공부하 패턴의 적분단계
40 : 레퍼런스 패턴 적분값과 가공부하 적분값의 차이값 산출단계
50 : 상기 차이값과 공구교환을 요하는 공구마모량의 연관단계

- CNC공작기계의 주축 스핀들 모터의 전류량을 검출하여 반복적 부품가공시에 총가공부하를 계산하는 방법에 있어서, 전류량 패턴에 대해서 가공시작점과 가공종료점까지의 적분값으로 부품가공에 대한 총가공부하량을 산출하는 방법.
