Description
도 2는 특이도 평가를 위하여 균체 및 독소 9종에 대한 교차반응 유무를 비교 평가한 결과이다.
도 3은 탐지키트가 방해물질에 대한 영향을 받는지 여부를 시험한 결과이다.
도 4는 탐지키트의 재현성을 평가하기 위해 각 항목별 20회의 감도 및 특이도 시험을 실시한 결과이다.
Claims (6)
- 기탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00443으로 기탁된 세포주 #C1 또는 기탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00444로 기탁된 세포주 2d 25-2에 의하여 생성되고, 황색 포도알균 장독소 B를 특이적으로 인지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일클론 항체.
- 기탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00443으로 기탁된 세포주 #C1 또는 기탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00444로 기탁된 세포주 2d 25-2.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하기 단계로 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포주:
(i) 황색 포도알균 장독소 B를 마우스에게 주입하여 면역을 진행한 후 마우스의 비장을 획득하는 단계;
(ii) 상기 비장에서 수득한 B 림프구와 마이엘로마(Myeloma) 세포를 융합하는 단계; 및
(iii) 상기에서 수득된 세포를 선별하는 단계.
- 제1항의 단일클론 항체를 포함하는 황색 포도알균 장독소 B 탐지키트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단일클론 항체는 나이트로셀룰로스 멤브레인에 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 황색 포도알균 장독소 B 탐지키트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 검체패드 및 흡습패드 중 하나 이상을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황색 포도알균 장독소 B 탐지키트.
