Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- (a) C2- 내지 C8-올레핀을 포함하는 출발 혼합물을 제공하고, 출발 혼합물을 2개의 공급 스트림으로 분할하는 단계이며, 여기서 1개의 공급 스트림은 제1 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림으로서 공급되고, 제2 공급 스트림은 하류 반응 스테이지 중 적어도 1개로의 공급 스트림으로서 공급되며, 여기서 공급 스트림 중의 올레핀 함량은 50 중량% 미만인 단계;
(b) 제1 반응 스테이지: 적어도 1개의 반응기에서 제1 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림 중의 올레핀을 올리고머화 촉매를 사용하여 올리고머화시키고, 하류 증류 컬럼에서 이 경우에 형성된 올리고머를 저부 생성물로서 분리하는 단계이며, 여기서 증류 컬럼에서 형성된 오버헤드 생성물은 적어도 부분적으로 제2 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림으로서 공급되는 것인 단계;
(c) 제2 반응 스테이지: 적어도 1개의 반응기에서 제2 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림 중의 올레핀을 올리고머화 촉매를 사용하여 올리고머화시키고, 증류 컬럼에서 이 경우에 형성된 올리고머를 저부 생성물로서 분리하는 단계이며, 여기서 증류 컬럼에서 형성된 오버헤드 생성물은 적어도 부분적으로 제3 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림으로서 공급되는 것인 단계;
(d) 제3 반응 스테이지: 적어도 1개의 반응기에서 제3 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림 중의 올레핀을 올리고머화 촉매를 사용하여 올리고머화시키고, 증류 컬럼에서 이 경우에 형성된 올리고머를 저부 생성물로서 분리하는 단계
를 포함하며, 여기서 최종 반응 스테이지에서의 반응기(들)는 단열 작동되지만, 이전 반응 스테이지에서의 반응기는 냉매를 사용하여 냉각되고;
알루미노실리케이트 지지체 물질 상의 니켈 화합물을 포함하고 그의 전체 조성물 중에 0.5 중량% 미만의 이산화티타늄 및 이산화지르코늄을 포함하는 올리고머화 촉매가 개개의 반응 스테이지의 반응기에서 사용되는 것인,
각각 적어도 1개의 반응기 및 적어도 1개의 증류 컬럼을 포함하는, 직렬 연결된 적어도 3개의 반응 스테이지에서의 C2- 내지 C8-올레핀의 올리고머화 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 반응 스테이지에서의 반응기(들)에 대한 100% 냉각력에 기초하여, 후속 반응 스테이지의 반응기(들)에서의 냉각력이 100% 미만이며 최종 반응 스테이지에서만 0%인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉매에 의해 흡수된 열이 개개의 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림 중 1개 이상을 가열하는 데 사용되는 것인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 개개의 반응 스테이지로의 가열된 공급 스트림이 > 50℃의 온도를 갖는 것인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 존재하는 반응 스테이지 각각에서의 올리고머화가 50 내지 200℃, 바람직하게는 60 내지 180℃ 범위, 특히 바람직하게는 60 내지 130℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행되는 것인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 존재하는 반응 스테이지 각각의 올리고머화에서의 압력이 10 내지 70 bar, 바람직하게는 20 내지 55 bar인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개개의 반응 스테이지의 반응기에서 올리고머화 촉매가 15 내지 40 중량% NiO, 5 내지 30 중량% Al2O3, 55 내지 80 중량% SiO2 및 0.01 내지 2.5 중량%의 알칼리 금속 산화물의 조성을 갖는 것인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4개의 반응 스테이지, 및 제1항에 기초하여, 변형된 단계 (d) 및 추가의 단계 (e)를 갖는 올리고머화 방법:
(d) 제3 반응 스테이지: 적어도 1개의 반응기에서 제3 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림 중의 올레핀을 올리고머화 촉매를 사용하여 올리고머화시키고, 증류 컬럼에서 이 경우에 형성된 올리고머를 저부 생성물로서 분리하는 단계이며, 여기서 증류 컬럼에서 형성된 오버헤드 생성물은 적어도 부분적으로 제4 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림으로서 공급되는 것인 단계; 및
(e) 제4 반응 스테이지: 적어도 1개의 반응기에서 제4 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림 중의 올레핀을 올리고머화 촉매를 사용하여 올리고머화시키고, 증류 컬럼에서 이 경우에 형성된 올리고머를 저부 생성물로서 분리하는 단계. - 제8항에 있어서, 5개의 반응 스테이지, 및 제8항에 기초하여, 변형된 단계 (e) 및 추가의 단계 (f)를 갖는 올리고머화 방법:
(e) 제4 반응 스테이지: 적어도 1개의 반응기에서 제4 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림 중의 올레핀을 올리고머화 촉매를 사용하여 올리고머화시키고, 증류 컬럼에서 이 경우에 형성된 올리고머를 저부 생성물로서 분리하는 단계이며, 여기서 증류 컬럼에서 형성된 오버헤드 생성물은 적어도 부분적으로 제5 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림으로서 공급되는 것인 단계; 및
(f) 제5 반응 스테이지: 적어도 1개의 반응기에서 제5 반응 스테이지로의 공급 스트림 중의 올레핀을 올리고머화 촉매를 사용하여 올리고머화시키고, 증류 컬럼에서 이 경우에 형성된 올리고머를 저부 생성물로서 분리하는 단계. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최종 반응 스테이지, 즉 제3, 제4 또는 제5 반응 스테이지의 증류 컬럼의 오버헤드 생성물이 부분적으로 또는 완전히 이 반응 스테이지에서의 반응기로 재순환되고/거나 부분적으로 또는 완전히 공정으로부터 배출되는 것인 올리고머화 방법.
