- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 아텔로콜라겐은 a) 콜라겐 함유 동물 조직을 알칼라제와 카탈라제, 펩신(Pepsin) 및 파파인(papain) 중 적어도 하나를 처리해 추출하는 단계; b) 추출된 물질을 1차 여과하고 얻어진 여액에 중성염을 첨가하여 염석하고 2차 여과하는 단계; c) 상기 2차 여과로 얻어진 콜라겐 염석물을 용해하여 지방을 흡착하고 3차 여과하는 단계; d) 상기 3차 여과 공정에서 얻어진 여액을 동결건조하여 동결건조분말을 회수하는 단계; 및 e) 상기 동결건조분말을 희염산(dil-HCl), 희초산(acetic acid) 또는 pH4 내지 pH8의 인산염 완충액에 용해시키고 농축시켜 아텔로콜라겐 용액을 제조하고, 제조된 아텔로콜라겐 용액을 폴리머 비드가 충전된 컬럼에 컬럼 베드볼륨의 5 내지 20% 부피로 주입하고, 희염산, 희초산 또는 pH4 내지 pH8의 인산염 완충액으로 전개하여 아텔로콜라겐을 회수하는 단계를 거쳐서 제조된 것인, 암 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
