Claims (7)
- 상대(相對) 부품에 형성한 부착 구멍에 꽂혀 들어가는 통 형상(筒狀)의 꽂음부와,
상기 꽂음부의 꽂음 방향 선단(先端)에 형성된 미늘 형상의 그로멧 캐처와,
상기 꽂음부의 꽂음 방향 후단(後端)에 형성되어, 상기 그로멧 캐처와 함께 상기 상대 부품을 끼워 넣는 우산 형상(傘狀)의 그로멧 헤드와,
상기 꽂음부의 내주면에 홈 형상(溝狀)의 도피 공간을 생성하는 도피공간부
를 구비하는 고무상 탄성체로 제조된 그로멧 본체; 및
상기 꽂음부의 내주에 꽂혀 들어가는 샤프트와,
상기 샤프트의 꽂음 방향 선단에 형성된 미늘 형상의 샤프트 캐처와,
상기 샤프트의 꽂음 방향 후단에 형성되어, 상기 샤프트 캐처와 함께 상기 그로멧 본체를 끼워 넣는 샤프트 헤드
를 구비하는 센터 샤프트
를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그로멧. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 그로멧 헤드는, 상기 그로멧 캐처를 향해 돌출되는 돌기가 외주측에 형성되어 있는,
것을 특징으로 하는 그로멧. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 그로멧 헤드는, 상기 상대 부품에 상기 그로멧 본체를 부착시킨 상태에서, 상기 돌기의 내측에 위치하는 내측 공간을 대기에 개방하는 연통로를 갖고 있는,
것을 특징으로 하는 그로멧. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 돌기는 복수 개로 분할되며,
상기 연통로는, 서로 이웃하는 상기 돌기들 사이에 형성되어 있는,
것을 특징으로 하는 그로멧. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 그로멧 헤드는, 상기 상대 부품을 지지하는 지지체에 고정된 상기 샤프트 헤드에 밀접하는,
것을 특징으로 하는 그로멧. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 그로멧 헤드는, 상기 지지체에 매설되는,
것을 특징으로 하는 그로멧. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 그로멧 헤드는, 상기 샤프트 헤드와 함께, 상기 상대 부품을 지지하는 지지체를 끼움지지(挾持)하는,
것을 특징으로 하는 그로멧.
