도 1은 본 발명에 따른 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리의 단면도이다.

도 3은 도 1에 도시된 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리의 피스톤 및 실린더의 정면을 부분 확대한, 축방향에서 바라본 도면이다.
도 4는 도 1에 도시된 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리의 피스톤을 내부로부터 반경방향으로 바라보고 도시한 확대도이다.
Claims (9)
- 전기 모터(2); 이 전기 모터(2)에 의해 회전하도록 구동될 수 있고, 전기 모터(2)의 회전 운동을 변위로 변환하는 웜 기어(4); 실린더(7) 및 상기 실린더(7) 내에서 웜 기어(4)에 의해 변위 가능한 피스톤(5)을 구비한 피스톤 실린더 유닛(6);을 포함하는, 유압식 차량 브레이크 시스템용 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리에 있어서,
피스톤(5)이 반경방향으로 돌출하는 스핀 방지 요소(16)를 구비하고, 상기 스핀 방지 요소는 실린더(7)의 카운터 베어링(14)에서 주연 방향으로 축을 따라 이동 가능하게 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서, 스핀 방지 요소(16)는 피스톤(5)에 회전 고정 방식으로 배치된 링(15)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스핀 방지 요소(16)는 축방향으로 그리고/또는 주연 방향으로 형상 결합에 의해 피스톤(5)과 일체로 회전하도록 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스핀 방지 요소(16)가 변형을 통해 피스톤(5)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 링(15)이 내부로 돌출하는 형상 결합 요소(20)를 구비하고, 상기 형상 결합 요소는 피스톤(5)의 대응 수용부(21) 내에 맞물리며, 이로 인해 링(15)을 피스톤(5)과 일체로 회전하도록 그리고/또는 축방향으로 고정되도록 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 링(15)이 반경방향으로 탄성을 가지며, 초기 응력에 의해 피스톤(5)의 외측에 접하고, 그리고/또는 자신의 둘레에 걸쳐 분포 배치된 지지 요소들(22)을 구비하며, 상기 지지 요소는 피스톤(5) 둘레의 외측에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스핀 방지 요소(16)가 피스톤(5)보다 내마모성이 더 우수한 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스핀 방지 요소(16)가 실린더(7) 쪽을 향하는 표면에 슬라이딩 층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는, 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 따른 피스톤 펌프 어셈블리(1)를 구비한 유압식 차량 브레이크 시스템용 유압 블록에 있어서,
실린더(7)가 실린더(7)용 유압 블록(23)의 수용부 내에 배치되고, 그리고/또는 전기 모터(2)가 유압 블록(23)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 블록.
