Claims (2)
- 화상의 관심 영역에 포함되는 모든 모션 구속된 타일 세트의 경계가 디코딩 프로세스의 목적으로 픽처 경계로서 처리되는 경우에 상기 관심 영역에 포함되는 모든 모션 구속된 타일 세트 내의 타일 각 샘플의 디코딩된 값이 픽처의 모든 코딩 트리 블록을 디코딩했을 때의 그 샘플의 디코딩된 값에 일치하는가를 나타내는 제1 정보를 포함하는 설정 정보를 설정하는 설정부와,
상기 화상을 코딩하여, 코딩 스트림을 생성하는 코딩부와,
상기 코딩 스트림을 상기 설정 정보와 함께 전송하는 전송부를 구비하는, 화상 처리 장치. - 화상 처리 장치에 의해 실행되는 화상 처리 방법으로서,
화상의 관심 영역에 포함되는 모든 모션 구속된 타일 세트의 경계가 디코딩 프로세스의 목적으로 픽처 경계로서 처리되는 경우에 상기 관심 영역에 포함되는 모든 모션 구속된 타일 세트 내의 타일 각 샘플의 디코딩된 값이 픽처의 모든 코딩 트리 블록을 디코딩했을 때의 그 샘플의 디코딩된 값에 일치하는가를 나타내는 제1 정보를 포함하는 설정 정보를 설정하는 것과,
상기 화상을 코딩하여, 코딩 스트림을 생성하는 것과,
상기 코딩 스트림을 상기 설정 정보와 함께 전송하는 것을 포함하는, 화상 처리 방법.
