Abstract
i) 적어도 1종의 수용성 실리케이트를 함유하는 알칼리성 수성 세정제 조성물, 및
ii) 아연 이온, 망가니즈 이온 및 포스페이트 이온을 포함하며 산성 수성 실질적으로 니켈-무함유인 인산염처리 조성물.
본 발명은 또한 상기 세정제 조성물 그 자체, 및 상기 방법에 의해 인산염-코팅된 금속 표면, 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (15)
- 금속성 표면을 하기 조성물로 차례로 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 금속성 표면을 실질적으로 니켈-무함유 인산염처리하는 방법:
i) 적어도 1종의 수용성 실리케이트를 포함하는 알칼리성 수성 세정제 조성물, 및 이어서
ii) 아연 이온, 망가니즈 이온 및 포스페이트 이온을 포함하며 산성 수성 실질적으로 니켈-무함유인 인산염처리 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 세정제 조성물의 pH가 10.7 내지 12.0, 바람직하게는 11.0 내지 12.0, 보다 바람직하게는 11.3 내지 12.0의 범위, 매우 바람직하게는 11.5 내지 12.0의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속성 표면이 적어도 부분적으로 아연도금된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 수용성 실리케이트가 적어도 1종의 물유리 및/또는 적어도 1종의 메타실리케이트를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 수용성 실리케이트가 적어도 1종의 나트륨 물유리 및/또는 칼륨 물유리를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 수용성 실리케이트가 0.01 내지 15, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 13, 보다 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 10 g/l 범위의 총 농도로 존재하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세정제 조성물이 적어도 1종의 인-함유 착물화제 및/또는 적어도 1종의 히드록시카르복실산 또는 그의 염을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 인-함유 착물화제가 피로포스페이트 및/또는 트리폴리포스페이트를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 히드록시카르복실산 또는 그의 염이 글루코네이트를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세정제 조성물이 아질산염을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인산염처리 조성물로 이미 처리된 금속성 표면을 몰리브데넘 이온 및 지르코늄 이온을 포함하는 수성 애프터-린스 조성물로 추가로 처리하는 것인 방법.
- 적어도 1종의 수용성 실리케이트를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 알칼리성 수성 세정제 조성물.
- 농축물로부터 적합한 용매로 희석하고, 필요한 경우, pH-조절 물질을 첨가함으로써 제12항에 따른 세정제 조성물을 수득할 수 있는 농축물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 인산염-코팅된 금속성 표면.
- 자동차, 자동차 부품 공급업체 또는 일반 산업 분야에서의 제14항에 따른 금속성 표면의 용도.
