Claims (46)
- 하기를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물:

d) 디히드로카르빌 디티오포스페이트 극압 첨가제. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 약 C8 내지 약 C16 폴리-알파-올레핀으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 합성 폴리-알파-올레핀 베이스 유체를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리-1-옥텐, 폴리-1-데센, 폴리-1-도데센 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 합성 폴리-알파-올레핀 베이스 유체를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기몰리브덴 디티오카르바메이트, 유기몰리브덴 디티오포스페이트, 몰리브덴 카르복실레이트 염, 몰리브덴-아민 착물, 몰리브덴 아민/알코올/아미드 착물, 몰리브덴 클러스터 화합물 및 몰리브덴 디설파이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 마찰 조절제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기몰리브덴 디티오카르바메이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 마찰 조절제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알킬렌 디아민, 예를 들어 N-히드로카르빌 트리메틸렌 디아민, 예를 들어 N-올레일-트리메틸렌 디아민, N-탈로우-트리메틸렌 디아민 또는 N-코코-트리메틸렌 디아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 히드로카르빌아민을 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 차 히드로카르빌아민, 예를 들어 C4-C30알킬아민 또는 C8-C20알킬아민, 예를 들어 n-헥실아민, n-옥틸아민, n-데실아민, n-도데실아민, n-테트라데실아민, n-펜타데실아민, n-헥사데실아민, n-옥타데실아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 히드로카르빌아민을 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알킬포스포로티올레이트 및 히드로카르빌아민의 wt/wt 비가 약 1/9, 약 1/8, 약 1/7, 약 1/6, 약 1/5, 약 1/4, 약 1/3, 약 1/2 또는 약 1/1 내지 약 2/1, 약 3/1, 약 4/1, 약 5/1, 약 6/1, 약 7/1, 약 8/1 또는 약 9/1 인 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ASTM D445 에 따라 측정된, 100℃ 에서 약 9.0 mm2/s, 약 9.5, 약 10.0, 약 10.5, 약 11.0 또는 약 11.5 mm2/s 내지 약 12.0 mm2/s, 약 12.5, 약 13.0, 약 13.5, 약 14.0, 약 14.5 또는 약 15.0 mm2/s; 예를 들어, ASTM D445 에 따라 측정된, 100℃ 에서 약 10.0 mm2/s 내지 약 14.5 mm2/s, 약 11.0 mm2/s 내지 약 13.5 mm2/s 또는 약 11.5 mm2/s 내지 약 12.5 mm2/s 의 동점도를 갖는 윤활제 조성물.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기몰리브덴 마찰 조절제가 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 약 0.2 wt% 내지 약 1.0 wt% 또는 약 0.3 wt% 내지 약 0.7, 약 0.8 또는 약 0.9 wt%; 예를 들어 약 0.40 wt%, 약 0.41, 약 0.42, 약 0.43, 약 0.44, 약 0.45, 약 0.46, 약 0.47, 약 0.48, 약 0.49, 약 0.50 또는 약 0.51 wt% 내지 약 0.52, 약 0.53, 약 0.54, 약 0.55, 약 0.56, 약 0.57, 약 0.58, 약 0.59 또는 약 0.60 wt% 인 윤활제 조성물.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벤조트리아졸, 톨릴트리아졸, 옥틸트리아졸, 데실트리아졸, 도데실트리아졸, 2-메르캅토 벤조티아졸, 2,5-디메르캅토-1,3,4-티아디아졸, 2-메르캅토-5-히드로카르빌티오-1,3,4-티아디아졸, 2-메르캅토-5-히드로카르빌디티오-1,3,4-티아디아졸, 2,5-비스(히드로카르빌티오)-1,3,4-티아디아졸 및 2,5-비스(히드로카르빌디티오)-1,3,4-티아디아졸로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 구리 부식 억제제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, f) 소포제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 약 0.10 wt% 내지 약 1.20 wt% 또는 약 0.20 wt% 내지 약 0.80, 약 0.90, 약 1.00 또는 약 1.10 wt%; 예를 들어 약 0.50 wt%, 약 0.51, 약 0.52, 약 0.53, 약 0.54, 약 0.55, 약 0.56, 약 0.57 또는 약 0.58 내지 약 0.59, 약 0.60 wt% 내지 약 0.61, 약 0.62, 약 0.63, 약 0.64, 약 0.65, 약 0.66, 약 0.67, 약 0.68, 약 0.69 또는 약 0.70 wt% 의 소포제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘 오일, 실리콘 수지, 실리콘 글리콜 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된; 예를 들어 폴리알킬실록산, 폴리아릴실록산, 폴리알콕시실록산, 폴리아릴옥시실록산, 플루오르화 폴리실록산 및 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 폴리유기실록산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 소포제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 23 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, g) 가용화제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 약 0.10 wt% 내지 약 9.0 wt% 또는 약 2.0 wt% 또는 약 3.0 wt% 내지 약 7.0 또는 약 8.0 wt%; 예를 들어 약 4.0 wt%, 약 4.1, 약 4.2, 약 4.3, 약 4.4, 약 4.5, 약 4.6, 약 4.7, 약 4.8, 약 4.9 또는 약 5.0 wt% 내지 약 5.1, 약 5.2, 약 5.3, 약 5.4, 약 5.5, 약 5.6, 약 5.7, 약 5.8, 약 5.9 또는 약 6.0 wt% 의 가용화제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 25 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동점이 약 -45℃ 이하, 예를 들어 -55℃ 이하인 C4-C14 또는 C6-C10 α,ω-디-카르복실산의 디-알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가용화제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C8-C13 알카놀 아디페이트, 아젤레이트, 세바케이트 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가용화제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 27 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트리-메틸프로필 트리카프릴레이트, 디-이소데실 글루타레이트, 디-이소도데실 글루타레이트, 디-이소옥틸 아디페이트, 디-(2-에틸헥실) 아디페이트, 디-이소노닐 아디페이트, 디-이소데실 아디페이트, 디-(트리데실) 아디페이트, 디-프로필헵틸 아디페이트, 디-프로필아디페이트, 디-(2-에틸헥실) 세바케이트, 디-이소옥틸 세바케이트, 디-옥틸 아젤레이트, 디-이소옥틸 아젤레이트, 디-(2-에틸헥실) 아젤레이트, 디-이소옥틸 도데칸디에이트 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가용화제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, h) 중합체성 점도 지수 개선제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 29 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 약 0.10 wt% 내지 약 9.0 wt% 또는 약 2.0 wt% 또는 약 3.0 wt% 내지 약 7.0 또는 약 8.0 wt%; 예를 들어 약 4.0 wt%, 약 4.1, 약 4.2, 약 4.3, 약 4.4, 약 4.5, 약 4.6, 약 4.7, 약 4.8, 약 4.9 또는 약 5.0 wt% 내지 약 5.1, 약 5.2, 약 5.3, 약 5.4, 약 5.5, 약 5.6, 약 5.7, 약 5.8, 약 5.9 또는 약 6.0 wt% 의 중합체성 점도 지수 개선제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 30 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 비닐피롤리돈/메타크릴레이트 공중합체, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리부텐, 스티렌/아크릴레이트 공중합체 및 폴리에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 중합체성 점도 지수 개선제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 31 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, i) 올리고머성 점도 조절제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 32 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 약 1.0 wt% 내지 약 9.0 wt% 또는 약 2.0 wt% 또는 약 3.0 wt% 내지 약 7.0 또는 약 8.0 wt%; 예를 들어 약 4.0 wt%, 약 4.1, 약 4.2, 약 4.3, 약 4.4, 약 4.5, 약 4.6, 약 4.7, 약 4.8, 약 4.9 또는 약 5.0 wt% 내지 약 5.1, 약 5.2, 약 5.3, 약 5.4, 약 5.5, 약 5.6, 약 5.7, 약 5.8, 약 5.9 또는 약 6.0 wt% 의 올리고머성 점도 조절제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 33 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀 코-올리고머, 예를 들어 에틸렌 코-알파-올레핀 올리고머, 예를 들어 에틸렌-프로필렌 코-올리고머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 올리고머성 점도 조절제를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 34 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매, 힌더드 페놀계 산화방지제, 아민계 산화방지제, 금속 패시베이터, 방청제, 유동점 강하제, 분산제, 추가 소포제, 유화제, 추가 마찰 조절제, 추가 마모방지 첨가제, 세제 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 j) 추가 성분을 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 35 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 약 0.1 wt% 내지 약 21 wt%; 예를 들어 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 약 0.5 wt%, 약 1 wt%, 약 2, 약 3, 약 4, 약 5, 약 6, 약 7 또는 약 8 wt% 내지 약 9, 약 10, 약 15, 약 18, 약 19, 약 20 또는 약 21 wt% 의 추가 성분을 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 하기를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물:
a) 합성 폴리-알파-올레핀 베이스 유체;
b) 유기몰리브덴 마찰 조절제;
c) 알킬포스포로티올레이트 및 히드로카르빌아민 마모방지 첨가제 조합물;
d) 디히드로카르빌 디티오포스페이트 극압 첨가제; 및
e) 구리 부식 억제제; 및/또는
f) 소포제; 및/또는
g) 가용화제; 및/또는
h) 중합체성 점도 지수 개선제; 및/또는
i) 올리고머성 점도 조절제; 및/또는
j) 추가 성분. - 제 34 항에 있어서, 총 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 (총 조성물은 100% 임), 약 66.0 내지 약 84.0 wt% 의 a); 0.40 내지 약 0.60 wt% 의 b); 약 0.40 내지 약 0.60 wt% 의 c); 및 약 0.50 내지 약 0.70 의 d); 및/또는 약 0.10 내지 약 0.30 wt% 의 e); 및/또는 약 0.50 내지 약 0.70 wt% 의 f); 및/또는 약 4.0 내지 약 6.0 wt% 의 g); 및/또는 약 4.0 내지 약 6.0 wt% 의 h); 및/또는 약 4.0 내지 약 6.0 wt% 의 i); 및/또는 약 0.1 wt% 내지 약 21 wt% 의 j) 를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.

- 제 37 항 내지 제 39 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 약 0.1 wt% 내지 약 21 wt%; 예를 들어 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 약 1 wt%, 약 2, 약 3, 약 4, 약 5, 약 6, 약 7 또는 약 8 wt% 내지 약 9, 약 10, 약 15, 약 18, 약 19, 약 20 또는 약 21 wt% 의 추가 성분을 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
