Abstract
Description
도 2 는 본 발명에 따른 아연황산염계 층 및 종래 기술의 아연 히드록시설 페이트 층의 IRRAS 스펙트럼이다.
도 3 은 스트립 속도, 습윤 필름 두께, 초기 스트립 온도, 공기 유량 및 공기 건조 온도에 따라 건조기의 출구에서 금속 스트립이 완전히 건조되는 조건을 보여주는 그래프이다.
Claims (15)
- 강 기재로서,
그 면들 중의 적어도 하나가 아연 또는 아연 합금에 기초한 금속 코팅으로 코팅되며,
상기 금속 코팅은 그 자체가 아연황산염 일수화물, 아연황산염 사수화물 및 아연황산염 칠수화물 중에서 선택된 화합물들 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 아연황산염계 층으로 코팅되고, 상기 아연황산염계 층은 아연 히드록시설페이트 또는 자유 물 분자 또는 자유 히드록실기를 포함하지 않고, 상기 아연황산염계 층에서의 황의 표면 밀도가 0.5 mg/m2 이상인, 강 기재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
아연 또는 아연 합금에 기초한 상기 금속 코팅이 0.2 중량% 내지 0.4 중량% 의 알루미늄을 포함하고, 나머지는 아연 및 제조 공정에서 발생하는 불가피한 불순물인 것을 특징으로 하는 강 기재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
아연 또는 아연 합금에 기초한 상기 금속 코팅이 0.1 중량% 이상의 마그네슘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강 기재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
아연 또는 아연 합금에 기초한 상기 금속 코팅이 10 중량% 이하 함량의 마그네슘, 20 중량% 이하 함량의 알루미늄, 0.3 중량% 이하 함량의 규소 중의 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 아연황산염계 층에서의 황의 표면 밀도가 3.7 내지 27 mg/m2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 강 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 강 기재로 제조된 자동차 부품.
- 다음의 단계들을 포함하는 이동 금속 스트립의 처리 방법:
(i) 아연 또는 아연 합금에 기초한 금속 코팅으로 면들 중의 적어도 하나가 코팅된 강 스트립이 제공되는 단계,
(ii) 0.01 mol/L 이상의 아연황산염을 포함하는 수성 처리 용액이 습윤 필름을 형성하도록 단순 접촉에 의해 상기 금속 코팅에 적용되는 단계,
(iii) 이어서, 상기 수성 처리 용액이 170 ℃ 초과의 공기 건조 온도에서 건조기에서 건조되는 단계로서, 상기 금속 코팅에 대한 상기 수성 처리 용액의 적용과 상기 건조기의 출구 사이의 시간이 4 초 미만이고, 자유 물 분자 또는 자유 히드록실기를 포함하지 않는 아연황산염계 층을 상기 금속 코팅 상에 형성하도록 스트립 속도, 습윤 필름 두께, 초기 스트립 온도 및 공기 유량이 조정되고, 상기 아연황산염계 층에서의 황의 표면 밀도가 0.5 mg/m2 이상인, 상기 건조되는 단계. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 코팅은 10 중량% 이하 함량의 마그네슘, 20 중량% 이하 함량의 알루미늄, 0.3 중량% 이하 함량의 규소 중의 적어도 하나의 원소를 종국적으로 포함하는 용융 아연 욕에서 핫-딥 코팅 프로세스에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 금속 스트립의 처리 방법. - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 수성 처리 용액의 적용 전에 상기 금속 코팅이 탈지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 금속 스트립의 처리 방법. - 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수성 처리 용액이 20 내지 160 g/L 의 아연황산염 칠수화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 금속 스트립의 처리 방법. - 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스트립 속도가 60 내지 200 m/min 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 금속 스트립의 처리 방법. - 제 7 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 습윤 필름 두께가 0.5 내지 4 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 금속 스트립의 처리 방법. - 제 7 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 초기 스트립 온도가 20 내지 50 ℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 금속 스트립의 처리 방법. - 제 7 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공기 유량이 5000 내지 50000 Nm3/h 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 금속 스트립의 처리 방법. - 제 7 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 아연황산염계 층에 2 g/m2 미만의 코팅 중량을 갖는 오일 필름이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 금속 스트립의 처리 방법.
