Claims (6)
- 자동차의 배터리와 전기적으로 연결되며, 서로 다른 극성을 가지는 제1,2 전극;
내부에 전해액이 함유된 물이 공급되어 수용되며, 상기 제1,2 전극이 상기 물에 잠기어 배치되는 전해조;
상기 자동차의 배터리로부터 상기 제1,2 전극 사이에 공급되는 전압을 조절하여 상기 제1,2 전극 사이의 전류의 크기를 조절하는 전류조절부;
상기 제1,2 전극에 의한 전기분해에 의해 발생되는 브라운가스(HHO GAS)를 상기 자동차의 엔진에 외기를 공급하는 흡기부로 안내하는 공급관로;
상기 자동차의 엔진으로부터 배출되는 배기가스가 지나는 배기관로에 구비되며, 상기 배기가스의 온도는 감지하는 배기온도감지부; 및
상기 배기온도감지부에 의해 감지된 온도가 설정된 기준온도로 유지되도록 상기 전류조절부를 제어하여 상기 제1,2 전극 사이의 전류의 크기를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 자동차용 매연 감소 및 연료 절감 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전류조절부는, 설정된 주기 마다 상기 제1,2 전극의 극성을 상호 반대로 변경시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매연 감소 및 연료 절감 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1,2 전극은, 각각 지름이 다른 원통형으로 구비되며, 동심원상으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매연 감소 및 연료 절감 장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제1,2 전극은, 티타늄(Ti) 재질로 구비되며, 상기 전해조를 덮는 아세탈 수지 재질로 구비되는 커버;에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매연 감소 및 연료 절감 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전해조에 공급되는 물이 저장되는 물통;
상기 물통과 상기 전해조를 연통시키는 연통관로;
상기 연통관로에 구비되고 상기 물통으로부터 상기 전해조로 물의 공급 및 공급양을 조절하는 펌프; 및
상기 물통, 상기 전해조 및 상기 연통관로의 외면의 감싸도록 배치되고, 내부에 열선을 가지며, 외기 온도가 설정된 온도와 같거나 낮은 경우 상기 열선을 통해 상기 물통, 상기 전해조 및 상기 연통관로에 열을 가하는 제1 결빙방지유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매연 감소 및 연료 절감 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전해조에 공급되는 물이 저장되는 물통;
상기 물통과 상기 전해조를 연통시키되, 두 개의 관로로 구비되는 순환관로;
상기 순환관로에 구비되고 상기 물통으로부터 상기 전해조로 물의 공급 및 공급양을 조절하는 펌프; 및
외기 온도가 설정된 온도와 같거나 낮은 경우 상기 펌프를 가동하여 상기 물통, 상기 순환관로 및 상기 전해조 내부의 유동을 형성하는 제2 결빙방지유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매연 감소 및 연료 절감 장치.
