- 주행중 노면의 상태를 기초로 상기 노면의 주행 위험도를 판단하는 제1단계;
주행중 가속페달의 작동해제가 발생하는지 여부를 판단하는 제2단계;
주행중 브레이크페달의 작동이 발생하는지 여부를 판단하는 제3단계;
상기 가속페달의 작동해제가 발생할 때, 상기 노면의 주행 위험도가 높다고 판단되고 상기 브레이크페달의 작동이 미발생되면, 회생제동을 미실행시키는 제4단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1단계는, 노면의 색상을 감지하는 차량의 비전센서의 측정값을 기초로 상기 노면을 주행하는 차량의 주행 위험도를 판단하는 컬러감지단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 컬러감지단계는, 비전센서의 측정값을 기준으로 노면의 색상이 흰색 계열이라고 판단되면 상기 노면의 주행 위험도가 높다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.

상기 컬러감지단계는, 비전센서의 측정값을 기준으로 노면의 색상이 검정색 계열이라고 판단되면 상기 노면의 주행 위험도가 높지 않다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.

상기 제1단계는, 레인감지단계와 컬러감지단계 중 적어도 어느 하나의 단계에서 노면의 주행 위험도가 높다고 판단되면, 상기 노면의 주행 위험도가 높은 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.

상기 제1단계는,
상기 레인감지단계 이후, 좌측 전륜의 휠속도와 우측 전륜의 휠속도 간에 차이가 존재하면, 상기 노면이 물고임 상태라고 판단하는 단계;
상기 노면이 물고임 상태라고 판단한 다음, 차량이 상기 물고임 상태의 노면을 주행하는 중인 것으로 판단되는 기준시간내에 가속페달의 작동해제가 감지되면, 상기 노면의 주행 위험도가 높은 것으로 재판단하는 단계;

상기 TCS 작동 횟수가 휠 슬립의 발생율이 높은 것으로 판단되는 기준횟수 이상이고 상기 TCS 작동 시간이 휠 슬립의 발생율이 높은 것으로 판단되는 기준시 간 이상이면, 상기 노면의 주행 위험도가 높은 것으로 재판단하는 단계;

상기 제1단계에서 노면의 주행 위험도가 높지 않다고 판단될 때, 상기 가속페달의 작동이 해제되고 상기 브레이크페달이 미작동되면, 회생제동과 액압제동 중 회생제동만 실행시켜 차량 제동력을 발생시키는 제5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1단계에서 노면의 주행 위험도가 높다고 판단될 때, 상기 가속페달의 작동이 해제되고 상기 브레이크페달이 작동되면, 회생제동과 액압제동을 실행시켜서 차량 제동력을 발생시키는 제7단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제4단계 이후, 차량의 주행방향을 조정하기 위한 ESC(Electronic Stability Control)의 작동 조건이 만족되는지 여부를 판단하는 제8단계;
상기 ESC의 작동 조건이 만족되면 상기 ESC의 작동 제어를 실행하는 제9단계;
상기 ESC의 작동 조건이 만족되지 않으면, 상기 가속페달의 작동이 해제된 상태로 주행하는 관성주행모드로 차량이 운행되는 제10단계;
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
